- By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that all sponsors are required to provide a certificate of insurance demonstrating liability insurance coverage. The certificate must name “Pikes Peak Pride” as an additional insured and include the address: 2910 N Powers Blvd #451, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. I understand that failure to provide the required certificate of insurance prior to the event will result in the potential forfeiture of sponsor benefits and all associated fees.
