Sponsor shall contribute the pledged amount the Lithopolis Honeyfest Association on or before August 1st. Sponsors acknowledges that due to print deadline, if funds and ad are not submitted by August 1st, sponsor understands that the Lithopolis Honeyfest cannot guarantee inclusion in printed and published materials. Sponsor acknowledges that their sponsorship is a donation to the Lithopolis Honeyfest Association, which is a 501c3 Non-profit organization registered in the State of Ohio. Please check with your accountant, attorney, or tax preparer with questions regarding eligible tax deductions. Sponsor agrees to the benefits offered for their selected level of sponsorship and will allow the Lithopolis Honeyfest to market your Business or Organization in the various avenues offered as a festival partner.Sponsorship donations are essential to the success of the Lithopolis Honeyfest, and a critical component to offering a free festival each year. Many of our associated costs are paid well in advance, therefore, all sponsorship donations are final and non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, postponement, or force majeure. In such cases, your funds may be attributed to next year's event, and we will publicize your support of the Lithopolis Honeyfest for both years.
