About the event

The infamous Jingle Dash 5k, 10k & Fun Run. All ages and speeds welcome to run, trot and gallop through the South Riding streets! We encourage costumes and ugly sweaters and friends to wear them with!

About the application

As sponsor for this event you are entitled to a booth space at the event and branding for the event via its listing on Eventeny, the South Riding website, our digital and social media accounts and also in the magazine *due Sept 20 to make the November magazine. We also produce shirts for the staff and volunteers to wear during the event. Your company logo will be on the shirt so please make sure to have that logo sent before Nov 1 to have them printed. You will also receive enrollment for 10 participants in the races as well! As a sponsor, your booth will share the South Riding Center space, which is central to all the activities of the day, giving you a premier spot with the attendees. You also have the option of setting up inside where the runner's will recoup from the race! In order to make it in the magazine you must be paid in full with your logo sent to bkittel@southriding.net 8 weeks in advance of the event. Pleas send a high resolution image of 300dpi or vector based.

Terms & Conditions

Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. No food or drink may be given away or sold at Exhibitor booths without prior approval from South Riding.
