About the event

The 20th Anniversary Greensboro Pride Parade & Festival is the signature event of IMPAQT GSO, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Building on the success of 2025, which welcomed more than 85,000 attendees, nearly 300 vendors, and 50+ performances in Downtown Greensboro—the 2026 celebration will be historic, marking both two decades of Pride in Greensboro and the return of a full-scale Pride parade alongside the festival.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions – Greensboro Pride Festival & Parade 2026 Commitment: Sponsorships are confirmed once payment and agreement are received. All sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by organizers. Deadlines: Payment is due within 30 days or by August 15, 2026. Logos and materials must be submitted by August 1, 2026 to guarantee benefits. Branding: All sponsor materials must reflect the values of inclusion and respect. Organizers reserve the right to review and approve content. Participation: Booths and parade entries must follow festival rules and city regulations. Placement is assigned by organizers. VIP Access: Passes are non-transferable and may not be resold. Promotion: We’ll make every effort to provide listed benefits, but missed deadlines may result in reduced recognition. Conduct: Sponsors are expected to uphold Pride’s mission of equality and safety. Harmful or discriminatory behavior may result in loss of benefits. Liability: Festival organizers are not responsible for lost items, damages, or injuries. Renewal: Some tiers include first right of renewal for 2027.
