Hosted at the Greenville Convention Center, this highly anticipated event draws a passionate audience of horror enthusiasts, cosplayers, collectors, and families from across the region. Terms & Conditions

McCabe’s Horror Con Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Presented by McCabe’s Costumes By submitting a sponsorship application and/or payment, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Sponsorship Agreement Sponsorship is not confirmed until payment is received in full and the application has been approved by McCabe’s Horror Con. The event organizers reserve the right to accept or decline any sponsorship at their discretion. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is required to secure sponsorship benefits. Payment deadlines will be outlined in the sponsorship agreement or invoice. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits and placement. 3. Cancellations & Refunds All sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by McCabe's Costumes. If the event is canceled, sponsors may be offered a refund or the option to transfer sponsorship to a rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued for failure to attend or participate in the event. 4. Event Changes McCabe’s Horror Con reserves the right to make changes to event details including date, time, layout, programming, and venue as necessary. Sponsorship benefits will be adjusted accordingly but are not grounds for refund. 5. Sponsor Responsibilities Sponsors must provide all required materials (logos, advertisements, promotional items, etc.) by the specified deadlines. All logos must be submitted within 72 hours of payment by emailing mccabescostumes@gmail.com. Materials for attendee bags need to be delivered on August 5th. Sponsors are responsible for the setup, staffing, and breakdown of their booth (if applicable). Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner appropriate for a public, family-friendly event. 6. Marketing & Promotion By participating, sponsors grant McCabe’s Horror Con permission to use their business name, logo, and provided materials for promotional purposes related to the event. 7. Use of Space Booth/vendor space is assigned at the discretion of event organizers. Sponsors may not sublet, share, or transfer their space without prior written approval. All displays must comply with venue regulations and safety requirements (please refer to the vendor application for booth details). 8. Liability & Insurance McCabe’s Horror Con and McCabe’s Costumes are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property. Sponsors assume all responsibility for their participation and activities during the event. Sponsors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance if applicable. 9. Compliance Sponsors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue policies. Any sponsor found in violation may be removed from the event without refund. 10. Force Majeure McCabe’s Horror Con shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. 11. Agreement Submission of the sponsorship application and/or payment constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
