Sponsorship opportunities are designed to help businesses, brands, and organizations increase visibility while supporting a powerful community event. Sponsorship packages may include brand placement, vendor space, promotional opportunities, VIP access, and more.

Terms & Conditions

SMAC Sponsorship Terms & Conditions: By submitting sponsorship payment and participation information, all sponsors agree to the following terms and conditions for the SMAC Conference: Sponsorship Confirmation: Sponsorship opportunities are confirmed only after full payment or an approved payment arrangement has been received by the SMAC team. Sponsorship placements and benefits are subject to availability and are provided based on the selected sponsorship level. Sponsor Benefits: Sponsor benefits may include brand recognition, promotional opportunities, vendor space, logo placement, digital marketing exposure, stage recognition, and/or VIP access depending on the sponsorship package selected. SMAC reserves the right to determine final placement, sizing, and positioning of sponsor logos and promotional materials. Promotional Materials: Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, advertisements, promotional graphics, and marketing materials by the requested submission deadline. Materials submitted after deadlines may not be included in printed or digital promotional items. Payments & Refunds: Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SMAC organizers. Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of sponsorship benefits and placement. Brand & Content Guidelines: SMAC reserves the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with the mission, values, or standards of the event. Sponsors may not distribute inappropriate, offensive, or unauthorized promotional materials during the event. Event Changes: SMAC reserves the right to make adjustments to the event schedule, venue layout, sponsorship placements, or programming as necessary. Any changes made will not automatically result in sponsorship refunds or credits. Liability: Sponsors are responsible for their own promotional materials, displays, signage, and property brought to the event. SMAC, Tabernacle of Praise, and event organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Agreement: Submission of sponsorship payment confirms that the sponsor has read, understood, and agreed to all SMAC Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
