By submitting this application, the sponsor agrees to the following terms:
Sponsorship Minimum: A minimum donation of $500 is required to qualify for one (1) 10x10 booth space at the Sonoma County Juneteenth Festival.
Payment Deadline: Full payment must be received no later than May 15 to reserve booth space and secure sponsor benefits.
Booth Setup: Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and pop-up tents. Electricity and water will not be provided unless arranged in advance.
Permitted Materials: All materials displayed or distributed at the booth must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience. No offensive, political, or discriminatory content will be permitted.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Sponsorships are non-refundable after May 15.
No-Show Policy: Sponsors who do not show up on the day of the event without prior notice will forfeit their booth space and any future booth eligibility.
Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred before, during, or after the event.
Compliance: All sponsors must comply with festival rules, local regulations, and any instructions from event staff on-site.
