About the application

The Blount County Chamber of Commerce, in alignment with its mission to promote economic growth, is proud to host the Blount County Job Fair on February 24 at Foothills Mall in Maryville, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a fantastic opportunity to increase your company’s visibility by becoming a sponsor of the Blount County Job Fair. Sponsorships are available at four levels: Platinum Sponsor ($2,000) Gold Sponsor ($1,500) Silver Sponsor ($1,000) Bronze Sponsor ($500)

Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsorship Levels and Benefits: Each sponsorship level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) includes specific benefits outlined in the sponsorship package. These benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the sponsoring company. All sponsors will receive a complimentary booth at the Job Fair, subject to availability and the terms outlined below. 2. Payment and Confirmation: Sponsorship is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments must be made by the due date outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship rights and benefits. 3. Booth Space: Sponsors are entitled to one complimentary booth (10x10 space, including one 8-foot table, two chairs, and linens, if requested) at the Job Fair. Sponsors are responsible for setting up their booth and ensuring it is fully operational at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Booth locations will be assigned by the event organizers and are subject to availability. Requests for specific booth locations will be considered but are not guaranteed. 4. Promotional Materials and Branding: Sponsors must provide all necessary logos, banners, and promotional materials by the specified deadline to ensure inclusion in Job Fair marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, event signage). The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to approve all sponsor materials to ensure they align with the event’s standards. 5. No Cancellations or Refunds: Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once confirmed, sponsorship payments cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided. 6. Liability: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Blount County Chamber of Commerce and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in the event. 7. Event Changes: The Chamber reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, or location, as necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes. 8. Photography and Media Consent: Sponsors agree to allow the use of their company name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, and event photography for future Job Fair promotion. 9. Amendments: The Blount County Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
