About the event

VISIT the Fair website (waterfordfair dot org) for our full schedule. HOURS: 10 am - 5 pm daily (Early Bird Ticket: 9 am on Friday only). Come shop, play, tour and make memories during this 81-year-old tradition -- the Waterford Foundation's "Waterford Fair"! The Fair is the mid-Atlantic's quintessential fall festival with demonstrating fine heritage & contemporary craft artisans, living historians, a juried art show, historic properties tour, local libations, Waterford Craft School talks & workshops, and entertainment for all ages. Located in the National Historic Landmark of Waterford (f. 1733), this unique village is situated in Western Loudoun County, Virginia. Noted as "DC's Wine Country", we are only 50 minutes from the District of Columbia. Tickets go on sale in August. Children (12 & under) & Foundation members FREE! Ticket types: Early Bird (Fri only), youth, single day, military, 3-day passes and seniors (over 65). Event proceeds support the preservation and education efforts of the Waterford Foundation, a 501(c)(3). Join the Waterford Foundation at waterfordfoundation.org. the tradition is back! Individual patrons (not intended for corporations) can sponsor a Fair booklet page! Patron provides text for placement at the bottom of a booklet page. Examples: This page donated in memory of our mother, Mrs. Jane Smith or This page donated by the Jones Family. When completing the application sponsor form, please enter "N/A" for the business name. Ten are available at $200 each.

Terms & Conditions

The Fair is a family friendly fundraising event for our historic preservation organization the Waterford Foundation. As such the Foundation reserves the right to not approve messages that do not fit with our mission and vision. No political messages accepted. This is a "rain or shine" event and payments are non-refundable. Your payment of the fee constitutes your permission for the Waterford Foundation to use your supplied message.
