Sponsor Terms & Conditions By submitting an application and/or purchasing a sponsorship space at Merchantile Market, you ("Sponsor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following: Payment & Confirmation - All sponsor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for future market credits unless otherwise stated. - Approval does not guarantee a space. Sponsor spaces are only confirmed once full payment has been received. - New Payment Process: During the application process, sponsors will select their payment window. When approved, booth fees will be automatically processed within the payment timeframe selected during the application process. - If the event is postponed or canceled by organizers, sponsors may attend the rescheduled date or receive a credit toward a future market. No refunds will be issued. WestWorld of Scottsdale Market Agreement - All sponsors are required to review and submit a signed copy of the Vendor Agreement, which governs booth setup, conduct, and market policies. A separate email will be sent with the agreement after your space is confirmed. Booth Assignment & Setup - Sponsors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, chairs, and any additional booth equipment. - Canopies and tents are not permitted inside the venue. - Side walls up to 6 feet tall may be used to define your space. - 8-foot tall white draping is provided along the back of your space as part of market setup. There is no physical division between neighboring spaces beyond the back drape. - Sponsors will automatically be assigned to premium corner spaces along the main center aisle. These spaces are reserved by Merchantile Market and will not be available for self-selection or purchase. - While sponsors may submit placement requests, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Final booth assignments are determined by the Organizer based on operational requirements and the overall needs of the event. - All displays, signage, and merchandise must remain fully within the assigned booth space. Items extending beyond booth boundaries must be corrected immediately upon request. - Personal generators are not permitted inside WestWorld. - Sponsors will be assigned a specific arrival window, and detailed load-in instructions will be provided prior to the event. Electricity - Electricity is available for sponsors as an optional add-on for $50. If you require power at your booth, please indicate this on your application. Generators are strictly prohibited.

Payment & Space Availability - Sponsorship approval does not guarantee space or placement. - If approved, the full sponsorship fee will be automatically charged during your selected payment window (July 15–29 or August 5–19), subject to availability. - Sponsorship opportunities and exhibit spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. - Space is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and received. - Sponsors selecting a later payment date acknowledge that sponsorship opportunities and available spaces may sell out before their payment is processed. - Availability may change between the time of approval and payment processing. - All sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.
