Payment & Confirmation Sponsorship is confirmed once payment is received in full. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Sponsor Benefits All benefits outlined in the selected sponsorship package will be delivered as described, provided sponsor assets (logos, artwork, promotional copy) are received by the specified deadlines. The organizer reserves the right to adjust placement or sizing of sponsor logos and mentions to maintain design quality and overall event branding. Sponsor Assets & Deadlines Sponsors must provide all logos, promotional materials, and any required assets no later than Sept. 21, 2025. Late submission of assets may result in reduced or altered benefits without refund or credit. Event Modifications The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the event schedule, layout, or programming as necessary for safety, compliance, or production needs. Sponsor benefits will be adapted to any changes where possible. Brand Guidelines Sponsors may not promote products or services that conflict with a plant-based lifestyle, sustainable practices, or the overall mission of the event. On-Site Activation Sponsors providing a physical booth or activation must comply with all event setup/breakdown times, safety guidelines, and local regulations. Any giveaways, signage, or promotional activities must be pre-approved by the organizer. Liability The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property.
