TURKEY BASH SPONSORSHIP & BRAND ACTIVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting a sponsorship application and/or purchasing an approved sponsorship or activation package, the participating company (“Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. EVENT
Turkey Bash will take place:

Saturday, November 21, 2026
11:00 AM–5:00 PM
C.B. Smith Park
900 N. Flamingo Road
Pembroke Pines, FL 33028

2. SPONSORSHIP APPROVAL
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, category exclusivity or a particular activation location.

Turkey Bash reserves the right to approve sponsorships and activations based on category, event fit, availability, operational requirements and existing partnership commitments.

A sponsorship is confirmed only after approval, completion of required documentation and receipt of required payment.

3. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
Sponsor will receive the benefits specifically identified in its approved sponsorship package or written agreement.

Benefits may include, depending on the package purchased, activation space, signage, website recognition, social media promotion, marketing inclusion, sampling rights, hospitality, category exclusivity or other deliverables.

Benefits not specifically included in the approved package or confirmed in writing should not be assumed.

4. PAYMENT
Sponsorship payments must be made according to the payment schedule provided.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written sponsorship agreement, sponsorship payments are non-refundable once the sponsorship has been confirmed and event marketing or fulfillment has begun, except where otherwise required by law.

Failure to make payment when due may result in cancellation of the sponsorship and release of reserved inventory, activation space or category rights.

5. CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY
Category exclusivity exists only when expressly included in the Sponsor's approved package or confirmed in writing by Turkey Bash.

Turkey Bash retains the right to determine reasonable category definitions and distinctions between sponsors, vendors, exhibitors and event participants.

6. ACTIVATION SPACE
Sponsors receiving activation space must comply with all event load-in, setup, safety, footprint and breakdown requirements.

Activation footprints may not be expanded, transferred, shared or subleased without written approval.

Final placement is determined by Turkey Bash based on the event site plan, safety requirements, sponsorship level and operational needs.

Turkey Bash may make reasonable adjustments to activation locations when required by permitting, park operations, safety or event production.

7. SAMPLING & DISTRIBUTION
Any food, beverage, consumer product or promotional sampling must be disclosed and approved.

Sponsors are responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits and approvals applicable to their products and activities.

Products that are illegal, unsafe, inappropriate for a family event or prohibited by C.B. Smith Park, Broward County or applicable law may not be distributed or promoted.

8. BRAND ASSETS
Sponsor grants Turkey Bash a limited, non-exclusive right to use Sponsor's submitted name, trademarks and logos solely for promoting and fulfilling the sponsorship and Turkey Bash.

Sponsor represents that it has the authority to provide these assets for such use.

Sponsor is responsible for providing requested logos, artwork, advertisements or other materials by established production deadlines.

Turkey Bash is not responsible for omitted benefits resulting from Sponsor's failure to provide required materials by the applicable deadline.

9. MARKETING DELIVERABLES
Turkey Bash will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill the promotional benefits included in Sponsor's confirmed package.

Specific impressions, attendance, media reach, sales, leads, social engagement or other results are not guaranteed unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.

10. SPONSOR CONDUCT
Sponsors and their employees, representatives, agencies and contractors must comply with event rules and conduct themselves professionally.

Turkey Bash reserves the right to stop any activation or remove materials that are unsafe, unlawful, misleading, disruptive, inappropriate for the event audience or inconsistent with previously approved plans.

11. INSURANCE & PERMITS
Sponsor is responsible for maintaining licenses, permits and insurance appropriate to its activation.

Turkey Bash may require certificates of insurance, additional insured endorsements or other documentation based on the nature of the activation.

C.B. Smith Park and/or Broward County may impose additional requirements.

12. WEATHER, FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT CHANGES
Turkey Bash is an outdoor event.

Turkey Bash may modify event hours, layout, programming, location or operations when reasonably necessary because of weather, governmental requirements, park operations, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If the event cannot occur as planned because of severe weather, natural disaster, governmental action, park closure, emergency or another force majeure event, Turkey Bash will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide alternative benefits, reschedule applicable deliverables or otherwise address unfulfilled sponsorship benefits.

13. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Sponsor is responsible for its activation, products, equipment, employees, agencies, contractors and representatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Turkey Bash, its organizers, affiliates, owners, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from Sponsor's activation, products, personnel, negligence or violation of law, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the party seeking protection.

14. PHOTO, VIDEO & EVENT CONTENT
Sponsor acknowledges that Turkey Bash may photograph or record the event, including Sponsor's activation, signage, products and representatives.

Turkey Bash may use event photography and video for promotional, editorial, recap and marketing purposes.

15. PARK & GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS
All Sponsors must comply with applicable rules and requirements established by Turkey Bash, C.B. Smith Park, Broward County and other governmental or regulatory authorities.

If an event or park requirement conflicts with an activation plan, the applicable safety, governmental or park requirement will control.

16. AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Sponsor's approved application, selected sponsorship package and any separate written sponsorship agreement, constitute the terms governing participation.

If a separately executed sponsorship agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the executed sponsorship agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

By submitting the application and/or completing payment, Sponsor acknowledges that it has read, understands and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
