About the application

Freedom Fest is a community celebration of Independence Day featuring live music, a vendor market, family activities, and fireworks. Sponsorships help bring this event to life while giving local businesses meaningful visibility as community partners.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Freedom Fest! Please review the following: Payment Sponsorships are confirmed once payment is received. Payment must be completed by the listed deadline to secure your benefits. Cancellations Sponsorships are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, your sponsorship will transfer to the new date. Event Updates Event details such as layout, schedule, and activities may change as needed. We’ll do our best to ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled. Logos & Promotion Please submit your logo and any required materials by the provided deadline to be included in marketing and promotional materials. On-Site Participation If your sponsorship includes a booth or on-site presence, you’ll be responsible for setup, staffing, and cleanup. All displays must be family-friendly. Weather Freedom Fest is a rain-or-shine event. Liability The City of Thomaston and event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Agreement By completing your sponsorship, you agree to these terms.
