About the application

** IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING ** - This Application is for Retail, Consumer Services and Promotional/Small Business Exhibitors, who can showcase their goods and services to Festival attendees at the Grand Tasting sessions and conduct retail sales onsite if they'd like. - Retail Exhibitors who are selling actual goods onsite can pay a reduced booth fee and a Revenue Share to the Festival, or pay a $250 additional fee in lieu of Revenue Share - Consumer Services/Promotional exhibitors not selling retail goods must purchase the Rev Share buyout along with their booth space - Please review the WFFW GUIDE and RULES AND REGULATIONS, both linked below under "Related Files", before proceeding with the application. - For other application types, please visit https://www.whitefishfoodandwine.com/apply RETAIL EXHIBITOR Details At-a-Glance: --------------------------------------- - If you elect to pay a Revenue Share, you must pay 7.5% of your gross sales to the Festival. Payment is due via cash or check at the end of the Festival and you must supply daily audited sales reports. - A standard booth includes an 8' sales table, back table for storage/display, linens, and a large Festival-standard sign printed with your logo. You can purchase a standard single or double booth, or custom space in increments of 10x10 to build your own tasting experience. - For an additional fee, you can enroll in the ATTENDEE LEAD CAPTURE program to scan Attendee tickets at your booth for customer follow-ups. More information on this program can be provided after you register. - NO POWER OR WIFI is available at the Festival. If you intend to operate a POS, you must operate on battery power and cellular service. Battery inverters are permitted; NO GAS GENERATORS. - Exhibitors must deliver, setup and take down all their own materials and goods. Review the Rules and Regulations for booth policies on signage, displays and staff. - Booth assignment is at the discretion of the Festival. If you are accepted, your Exhibitor Manager will discuss booth placement with you and other details. - The Festival is not responsible for any products left overnight in your booth. Plan to take down and securely store your goods overnight. The Fesrival will have a secure storage trailer for paid overnight storage. - Please make sure to include any special requests/requirements you would like the Festival to consider in the provided field. - The supplied credit card will be charged upon approval. - If you have any additional questions before you apply, email exhibitor@whitefishfoodandwine.com
