About the event

Join us for the 26th Annual Waimea Light Parade 2026 right here in our little town of Waimea, Kauaʻi! Enjoy ¾ miles of lights, music, and community fun. The parade begins at 6:15 PM and wraps up around 8:15 PM with road closures beginning at 5:00 PM. Produced by the Historic Waimea Theater and Cultural Arts Center.

About the application

PRESENTING SPONSOR – $5,000 (Limited to Three Sponsors) • Recognition as the “Presenting Sponsor” with prominent logo placement throughout official event promotional materials, social media promotions, and the official event website • Sponsor-provided banner displayed on the main stage during the event • Sponsor recognition during live event acknowledgements • One (1) reserved 10’ x 10’ VIP hospitality tent space, including two benches for use during the event • Two (2) reserved parking stalls at Ishihara Market during the event • Logo placement on the official event advertising banner displayed at Hofgaard Park Only three (3) Presenting Sponsor opportunities are available for the 2026 Waimea Light Parade.

• Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first approved basis. Certain sponsorship levels may be exclusive. • Only three (3) Presenting Sponsor opportunity is available for the 2026 Waimea Light Parade. • Submission of this application does not guarantee sponsorship placement. Sponsorship is considered confirmed only upon written approval from Historic Waimea Theater & Cultural Arts Center. • By submitting this application, I/we acknowledge that we have reviewed and accept the sponsorship benefits associated with the selected sponsorship level as described in the sponsorship package. • Historic Waimea Theater & Cultural Arts Center reserves the right to decline sponsorship applications that do not align with event requirements, operational needs, or family-friendly standards.
