• Logo placement on festival welcome banners, entertainment signage, and promotional materials, which may include T-shirts, rack cards, posters, print media, and digital media.
• Name and logo featured on festival billboards.
• Up to six social media posts leading up to the event weekend.
• Up to 10’ x 40’ booth space in a prime event location, including a tent, tables, and chairs.
• Product or service exclusivity, when the application is received early and before competitive applications are submitted.
• Standard 20amp/120v dedicated electrical circuit.

• Additional customizable options based on your needs.

Gold Sponsor

• Logo with an embedded link to your website on the festival website.
• Logo placement on festival welcome banners and promotional materials, which may include T-shirts, rack cards, posters, print media, and digital media.
• Additional signage at your choice of festival venues, including entertainment, Kidz Zone, or food and beverage areas.
• Up to four social media posts leading up to the event weekend.
• Up to 10’ x 20’ booth space in a prime event location, including a tent, tables, and chairs.
• Standard 20amp/120v dedicated electrical circuit.
• VIP parking
• Additional customizable options based on your needs.

Silver Sponsor

• Logo with an embedded link to your website on the festival website.
• Logo placement on festival welcome banners and promotional materials, which may include T-shirts, rack cards, posters, print media, and digital media.
• Up to two social media posts leading up to the event weekend.
• A 10’ x 10’ booth space in a prime event location, including a tent, tables, and chairs.
• Standard 20amp/120v dedicated electrical circuit.

Bronze Sponsor

• Logo with an embedded link to your website on the festival website.
• A 10’ x 10’ booth space in a prime event location.

• Payment can be made either with a check payable to Splash Festivals, Inc. and mailed to 17 N Peachtree St., Norcross, GA 30071, OR you may pay online with a credit card once your application is approved.
• Credit card payments will incur an additional 3.0% processing fee.
• Due to limited sponsorship spaces for each event, if payment is not made by the due date, sponsor is subject to being waitlisted for a space. If Sponsor decides not to attend or is not able attend, the financial responsibility or the sponsorship does not cease. 
• All events are rain or shine, and fees are non-refundable.
• Only Food Vendors or Culinary Artists are authorized to sell or give away beverage or food items unless the sponsor is representing a food or beverage activation campaign. Face-painting or sand art activities are limited to children’s activity vendors.
• Media benefits are subject to media insertion deadlines and may not be available for sponsors who pay after the deadlines for graphic design processes. Presenting sponsor must submit agreement 90 days prior to each event to meet media deadlines.
• Please send us your preferred logo for the festival website(s) in JPEG or PNG format to splashfestivals@gmail.com or upload it to your application in Eventeny.
• Splash Festivals reserves the right to eliminate or add events at any time.
