By submitting payment and/or participating as a Gold Sponsor for The Family Gwinnett Annual Snellville Juneteenth Celebration, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Gold Sponsorship benefits are activated upon receipt of full sponsorship payment and approval by The Family Gwinnett.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.
Gold Sponsor promotional benefits may include:
Logo placement on select marketing materials
Social media recognition
Event acknowledgements
Stage recognition
Vendor booth opportunity (if applicable)
Community partnership recognition
Benefits may vary based on sponsorship timing and marketing deadlines.
Sponsors are responsible for providing high-resolution logos, promotional materials, advertisements, and business information by the requested submission deadlines.
The Family Gwinnett is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition caused by late submissions of logos or promotional materials.
Sponsorship does not grant exclusivity unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Gold Sponsors agree that all sponsorship materials, displays, giveaways, and promotional activities must align with the event's family-friendly mission and standards.
Sponsors may not promote illegal, offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or prohibited products or services during the event.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to refuse or remove sponsorship materials, signage, displays, or activities deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event mission.
Sponsors participating onsite are responsible for their own booth setup, staffing, equipment, displays, merchandise, and materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Sponsors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, county, and state laws and regulations.
This is a rain-or-shine event. Sponsorship fees will not be refunded due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by The Family Gwinnett.
The Family Gwinnett, South Gwinnett High School, Gwinnett County Public Schools, volunteers, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged sponsor property or materials.
Sponsors grant permission for The Family Gwinnett to use sponsor names, logos, photographs, and event participation images for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes.
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, volunteers, staff, vendors, and community partners throughout the event.
The Family Gwinnett reserves the right to make adjustments to event logistics, layouts, schedules, entertainment, and programming as necessary.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future sponsorship opportunities.
