Fairytale Finds Market – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the responsibilities and expectations between Fairytale Finds Market (“Event Organizer”) and the sponsoring business or organization (“Sponsor”). By confirming sponsorship, the Sponsor agrees to the following: 1. Sponsorship Benefits 1.1 The benefits for each sponsorship level are detailed in the official Sponsorship Package. 1.2 The Event Organizer reserves the right to adjust placement, visibility, or benefits as necessary, while maintaining comparable value. 2. Payment Terms 2.1 Full payment for sponsorship is due within [X] days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.2 Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received. 2.3 All payments are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation (see Section 7). 3. Branding & Use of Trademarks 4.1 The Event Organizer grants the Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Fairytale Finds Market name and logo solely in connection with the sponsored event. 4.2 The Sponsor grants the Event Organizer the right to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and provided materials in event promotions and publicity. 5. Liability & Indemnification 5.1 The Sponsor participates at its own risk. The Event Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from the Sponsor’s participation. 5.2 The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of the Sponsor’s actions or participation in the event. 6. Force Majeure 6.1 The Event Organizer shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, acts of God). 6.2 In such cases, sponsorship benefits may be rescheduled or delivered through alternative means at the Organizer’s discretion. 7. Cancellation 7.1 If the event is canceled by the Event Organizer for any reason other than Force Majeure, the Sponsor will receive a full refund of sponsorship fees paid. 7.2 If the Sponsor cancels, all payments made remain non-refundable. 8.
