Due to space limitations, we are only able to offer an information booth to Market Sponsors.
A Market Sponsor space is $75 per market date and includes:
Market Sponsors who will be in attendance on the date sponsoring:
- a 10x10 vendor space on the date of sponsorship.
- a banner on the music stage area on the date of sponsorship (limited to one banner, limited in size to no larger than 4x6, banner must be supplied by sponsor to the market).
- Market Sponsor will be mentioned in all social media and community posts and advertising for the date sponsored.
Market Sponsors who will not be in attendance on date sponsoring:
- business promotional items on the main market table on the date of sponsorship (limited to two: flyers, handouts or business cards, must be supplied by the sponsor).
- a banner on the music stage area on the date of sponsorship (limited to one banner, limited in size to no larger than 4x6, banner must be supplied by sponsor to the market).
- Market Sponsor will be mentioned in all social media and community posts and advertising for the date sponsored.
Market Sponsor is to supply Sun Poppy Markets & Events with banner and all promotional materials prior to the date of market sponsored. Sun Poppy Markets & Events will pick up and return promotional materials from Market Sponsor during business hours. Market Sponsor is responsible for sending a logo to Sun Poppy Markets & Events to use for promoting Market Sponsor. Sun Poppy Markets & Events will include Market Sponsor in all social media and community posts and promotions for the date sponsored.
Sun Poppy Markets & Events cannot guarantee attendance numbers at a market and is not responsible for any leads a Market Sponsor may or may not gain from their sponsorship.
