As Santa's Elf you'll receive a $1250 marketing value for your contribution in addition to being recognized as a community partner. Logo on all printed marketing at each event. 60 second Presentation from the stage at the Tree Lighting and the Jingle Bell Jubilee Complimentary Booth at the Tree Lighting Festival and Jingle Bell Jubilee

Sponsorship Commitment Sponsorship agreements and payments must be submitted by the stated deadline to secure benefits. Sponsorships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment All sponsorship fees must be paid in full before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Logo & Brand Usage Sponsors must provide logos/branding by the deadline for use in promotional materials. The Downtown Smithfield Development Corporation (DSDC) may use sponsor logos in event promotions including print, digital, and social media. Sponsor Responsibilities Sponsors must ensure their brand and message are appropriate for a family-friendly, community event. Any booth or activity space provided must be set up and taken down during the specified times and kept clean throughout the event. Event Dates & Weather The Tree Lighting Festival is a rain-or-shine event. DSDC is not liable if activities are canceled or altered due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Liability Sponsors are responsible for their own property, materials, and insurance. DSDC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the event. Recognition Sponsors will receive the recognition outlined in the sponsorship package, which may include signage, announcements, and mentions in promotional materials. By submitting this application, the sponsor agrees to these terms and conditions.
