As an Event Sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience, your support helps create a festive holiday event filled with shopping, entertainment, connection, and seasonal fun. Sponsorship helps enhance the overall guest experience while supporting the atmosphere and activities that make the event special.

Sponsors receive brand exposure through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition, with benefits based on the sponsorship level selected.

This application includes two Event Sponsor opportunities:

Community Sponsor | $150
Ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals seeking brand visibility and event recognition without a physical presence at the event.

Promotional Sponsor | $300
Designed for businesses and organizations that want sponsorship visibility along with the opportunity to engage directly with attendees through a promotional table at the event.

Event Sponsor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in supporting a Centered & Sexy® event. Event Sponsors help support the overall event experience while receiving brand visibility and promotional recognition based on the sponsorship level selected.

Event Sponsor Options
This application includes the following Event Sponsor opportunities:

Community Sponsor – $150
Promotional Sponsor – $300
Sponsorship Confirmation
Sponsorship payment is due upon approval.

Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is considered secured once payment has been received and processed.

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Event Changes or Cancellation section below.

Community Sponsorship is designed for brand visibility and event recognition. It does not include an on-site promotional table, vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, product distribution, sampling opportunities, or direct promotional activations during the event.

Promotional Sponsor | $300
Promotional Sponsors receive:

On-site sponsor acknowledgment
Opportunity to distribute approved promotional materials
Opportunity to interact directly with attendees
The promotional table is intended for brand awareness, attendee engagement, and approved promotional activities. Product or service sales are not included with sponsorship unless separately approved in writing by Centered & Sexy®.

Marketing & Promotion
Sponsors are encouraged to share their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach.

Collaborative promotion can help expand awareness of both the sponsor and the event.

Sponsor Responsibilities
Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, branding materials, and promotional information by the requested submission deadlines.

Promotional Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table display, décor, promotional materials, and any equipment needed for their setup unless otherwise communicated by Centered & Sexy®.

All sponsor displays, signage, promotional materials, giveaways, samples, and attendee-facing activities must be approved when requested and must be appropriate for the event audience.

Centered & Sexy® is not responsible for delayed or omitted sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of required materials.

Responsibility & Liability
Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship benefits are limited to those specifically included with the selected sponsorship level.

Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to decline, remove, or refuse any promotional materials, branding, messaging, products, displays, activities, or sponsor participation that do not align with the event’s audience, values, standards, or overall experience.

Promotional Sponsors are solely responsible for the security of their products, displays, equipment, promotional materials, and personal property throughout the event.

Sponsorship Availability
Event Sponsor opportunities are intentionally limited to help maintain sponsor visibility and value.

Community Sponsor opportunities remain available throughout the sponsorship period or until sponsorship goals have been met.

Promotional Sponsor opportunities are limited to two (2) sponsors per event.

Once available sponsorship opportunities have been filled, applications may close without notice.

Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event.

If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship payments received.

If the event is rescheduled, sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date.

Agreement
Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By participating as an Event Sponsor, the applicant agrees to comply with applicable event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.
