As a sponsor of the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience, your investment helps create a festive and memorable event filled with shopping, entertainment, connection, and holiday cheer. Your partnership allows us to enhance the guest experience, elevate the atmosphere, and continue providing a space where local businesses and the community can come together during the holiday season. Sponsors receive valuable brand exposure through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition while connecting with an engaged audience that values community support, authentic connections, and businesses that invest in meaningful experiences. This application includes two sponsorship opportunities: Community Sponsor ($250) Ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals seeking brand visibility and community recognition without a physical event presence. Promotional Sponsor ($500) Perfect for businesses that want the benefits of sponsorship while also engaging directly with attendees through a promotional table at the event. Terms & Conditions

Sponsor Opportunities Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience. Our sponsors play an important role in helping create a festive holiday experience while supporting local businesses, community engagement, and meaningful connections. Sponsorship Options This application includes the following sponsorship opportunities: Community Sponsor – $250 Promotional Sponsor – $500 Sponsorship Confirmation Sponsorship payment is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsorship is considered secured once payment has been received and processed. All sponsorship investments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Event Changes or Cancellation section below. Sponsor Benefits Community Sponsor ($250) Community Sponsors receive: Logo on sponsor recognition signage One dedicated social media post Recognition in the sponsor appreciation post Community Sponsorship is designed to provide brand visibility and community recognition. It does not include vendor space, product sales, service demonstrations, product distribution, sampling opportunities, or direct promotional activations during the event. Promotional Sponsor ($500) Promotional Sponsors receive: All Community Sponsor benefits One promotional table at the event Priority table placement On-site sponsor acknowledgment Opportunity to distribute promotional materials and interact with attendees All logos, branding materials, and promotional content must be submitted by the requested deadline and are subject to approval by Centered & Sexy®. Marketing & Promotion Sponsors are encouraged to share their participation through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, websites, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion benefits both the sponsor and the event by expanding visibility, increasing engagement, and generating excitement for the holiday shopping experience. Sponsor Responsibilities Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate logos, branding materials, and promotional information by the requested submission deadlines. Sponsors selecting the Promotional Sponsor option are responsible for providing their own table display, décor, promotional materials, and any equipment needed for their exhibit unless otherwise communicated by Centered & Sexy®. Centered & Sexy® is not responsible for delays in sponsor recognition resulting from late submission of required materials. Responsibility & Liability Sponsors acknowledge that sponsorship benefits are limited to those outlined within their selected sponsorship level. Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to decline, remove, or refuse any promotional materials, branding, messaging, products, or sponsorship participation that do not align with the event's mission, audience, values, or standards. Promotional Sponsors are solely responsible for the security of their products, displays, equipment, and personal property throughout the event. Sponsorship Availability Sponsor Opportunities are intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity and maximize sponsor visibility. Community Sponsor opportunities remain available throughout the sponsorship period or until sponsorship goals have been met. Promotional Sponsor opportunities are limited to two (2) sponsors per event. Once all available sponsorship opportunities have been filled, applications will close. Event Changes or Cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen events, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event. Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship investments paid. If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date. Agreement Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By participating as a sponsor, the applicant agrees to abide by all event policies and understands that Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to make decisions in the best interest of the event, its attendees, and its sponsors.

Community Sponsor	$250.00	Non-refundable	Not every meaningful contribution requires a vendor table. Sometimes, the greatest impact happens behind the scenes. As a Community Sponsor, your support helps bring the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop-Up Experience to life, creating a festive atmosphere where community, shopping, entertainment, and holiday cheer come together. Your contribution helps enhance the guest experience, support event amenities, and create an event that attendees will remember long after the season ends. In return, your brand will be recognized as a valued event partner through sponsor recognition signage, a dedicated social media spotlight, and inclusion in the sponsor appreciation post, placing your business in front of an engaged audience that values community involvement, authentic connections, and businesses that invest in meaningful experiences. This opportunity is ideal for businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to support the experience, strengthen their community presence, and make an impact without maintaining a physical presence at the event.
Promotional Sponsor	$500.00	Non-refundable	As a Promotional Sponsor, your brand will receive enhanced visibility at the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition. This sponsorship is designed for businesses that want to increase brand awareness while engaging directly with attendees in a festive and meaningful environment. Your sponsorship includes one vendor space at the event, providing the opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect with potential customers, and build relationships with an engaged audience. Promotional Sponsors will also receive recognition leading up to the event through social media features and inclusion in select event promotions. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table, tablecloth, displays, signage, and décor. Holiday-themed décor is encouraged; however, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, tape, or any materials that may damage the venue are prohibited. This sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to support a community-focused holiday event while positioning your brand in front of attendees who value connection, quality, and authentic experiences. It's a meaningful way to increase visibility, expand your reach, and become part of an event designed to bring people together during the most festive season of the year.
