By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following: • All sponsorships are subject to review and approval by Noble County Events. • Sponsorship opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis once approved. • Payment is required upon approval to secure sponsorship placement. • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Noble County Events. • Sponsors agree to provide high-resolution logos and any required marketing materials by specified deadlines. • Noble County Events reserves the right to use sponsor names, logos, and likeness in marketing, promotional materials, and event signage. • Placement, recognition, and benefits are based on sponsorship level and availability at the time of approval. • Sponsors are responsible for complying with all venue rules, local regulations, and applicable laws. • Noble County Events reserves the right to make adjustments to event layout, schedule, and logistics as needed.
