- Sponsor will make all payments via the Eventeny platform, except for the Public Health Fee, which Vendor will pay by hand delivering to Erika/EBCE a personal or cashier’s check made out to City of Berkeley in the applicable amount as specified above.

- We are allowing SET UP the DAY BEFORE at 6pm! Let us know if you want to set up the night before.
- I will only serve/sell 100% vegan items to the participants and will avoid cross-contamination with any non-vegan foods, substances, etc. No animal products or by-products can be advertised/served/sold to participants of the festival.
