(Ages 13+) 🍔 Delicious Food & Refreshing Beverages Enjoy tasty eats, sweet treats, and festive drinks from a variety of food vendors, including the Bruster’s Ice Cream Truck and One Family Brewing’s Beer Trailer. 🍺 Beer Tickets Available for Pre-Purchase Skip the line and purchase your drink tickets in advance for $5 per drink. Valid government-issued ID required at check-in. As the Beer Garden Sponsor, your brand will be prominently featured alongside One Family Brewing, a beloved local brewery known for its exceptional craft beers. This sponsorship offers unique visibility, with your business highlighted throughout the event in the following ways: Branding on Beer Garden Signage: Your logo will be prominently displayed at the Beer Garden entrance and throughout the area, ensuring maximum exposure. Custom Branded Napkins: Every beer served will be in cups and accompanied by napkins featuring your logo, offering a memorable touchpoint for attendees. (Sponsorship must be purchased by September 20th to ensure time for napkin customization). Social Media Recognition: Your sponsorship will be highlighted in our pre-event marketing across all social media channels, reaching thousands of local followers. Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately. Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited. If selling or giving away prepared food or drink item (i.e. anything not commercially produced and packaged) you MUST have a permit from the Loudoun County Health Department. Setup must be completed by 2:30 pm. Access to your booth for set up starts at 1:00 pm. Your booth should remain open for the entire duration of the event. If this rule is broken, you will not be allowed to participate in future events. VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EVENT AREA AFTER 1PM. We encourage you to arrive early to complete your setup. This is a highly walkable area and we can not have vehicles moving about. THIS INCLUDES LOADING, UNLOADING, ENTERING AND EXITING!!!!! Please note due to space constraints there is no parking on the event grounds. You may use legal street parking around the area. The rain date for this event is October 6, 2024. No refunds will be given for inclement weather if the event moves to October 6, 2024. Please ensure that you have both dates available before completing your registration.
