NEXCON 2026 Sponsorship & Partnership Application

NEXCON 2026 is a two-day gaming, anime, manga, comics, and creator convention taking place November 14–15, 2026, at the Cleveland County Event Center in Norman, Oklahoma.

Produced by Ninjutsu Entertainment, NEXCON will bring together competitive gaming tournaments, Artist Alley, cosplay, independent games, vendors, panels, creators, original game showcases, and community programming. Projected attendance is approximately 1,000–1,500 guests.

We welcome financial, in-kind, and hybrid sponsorships from local businesses, community organizations, gaming and technology companies, restaurants, service providers, and national brands.

Current partnership levels include:

• $2,500 – Local Partner
• $5,000 – Featured Local Partner
• $10,000 – Area Sponsor
• $20,000 – Founding Partner
• Custom and in-kind partnerships

Potential benefits may include website and event-page recognition, logo placement, on-site signage, LED-screen recognition, social media features, complimentary passes, booth or activation space, tournament or programming sponsorship, stage acknowledgments, product demonstrations, and other customized opportunities.

We are particularly interested in equipment and service partners who can provide gaming consoles, controllers, monitors, PCs, networking equipment, internet services, audiovisual or streaming support, printing, signage, prizes, food and beverages, transportation, or lodging.

Submitting this application expresses interest and does not create a binding sponsorship agreement. Our team will contact each applicant to confirm the contribution, benefits, availability, deadlines, and final written agreement.

APPLICATION AND APPROVAL
Submitting this application does not obligate the applicant or Ninjutsu Entertainment to enter into a sponsorship. All applications are subject to review and written approval. Ninjutsu Entertainment may approve, reject, waitlist, or propose modifications to any application.

FINAL AGREEMENT
No sponsorship is final until both parties confirm the contribution, benefits, deadlines, and responsibilities in writing. A separate sponsorship agreement may be required. If a signed agreement conflicts with this application, the signed agreement will control.

PAYMENTS
Payment amounts, processing fees, due dates, installment arrangements, refund terms, and cancellation terms will be confirmed before the sponsorship is finalized. Applicants should not send equipment, products, or services until written approval and delivery instructions have been provided.

IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS
All donated equipment, products, prizes, or services must be approved in advance. Their value, condition, quantity, delivery schedule, setup requirements, technical support, return requirements, and associated sponsor benefits must be documented in writing. Unapproved items may not qualify for sponsorship credit.

SPONSOR BENEFITS
Benefits are subject to availability, production deadlines, venue requirements, and the final written agreement. Booth space, activation areas, programming sponsorships, speaking opportunities, naming rights, priority placement, and category exclusivity are not guaranteed unless expressly included in writing.

LOGOS AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Upon final approval, the sponsor grants Ninjutsu Entertainment limited permission to use its approved business name, trademarks, logos, and supplied promotional materials in connection with NEXCON 2026. The sponsor represents that it has the right to provide these materials. Late or unusable materials may prevent certain benefits from being delivered.

EXHIBITS AND ACTIVATIONS
Sponsors receiving booth or activation space must follow all NEXCON, venue, fire, safety, accessibility, insurance, load-in, and load-out requirements. Sponsors are responsible for their personnel, equipment, licenses, permits, displays, demonstrations, and conduct.

CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Ninjutsu Entertainment may refuse content, products, promotions, or activations that are unlawful, unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, infringing, excessively graphic, or inconsistent with the all-ages nature of NEXCON.

EVENT RESULTS
Attendance figures are projections rather than guarantees. Ninjutsu Entertainment does not guarantee sales, leads, impressions, media coverage, business results, or any particular return on sponsorship.

CHANGES
Event schedules, programming, layouts, branding placements, and operational details may change because of safety requirements, venue direction, availability, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Any material changes to a confirmed sponsorship will be discussed with the sponsor.
