About the event

The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF), a FREE, family-friendly two-day festival, will be held at NoDa Brewing Company North End, 150 W 32nd St, Charlotte, NC 28206, on October 17th and 18th from 12pm to 5pm each day.CCAF features a street chalk art competition for ages 12-17 and 18+. Festival goers will watch and cheer on artist competitors as they create a street chalk art gallery. Attendees can participate in various art-focused activities, including our community chalk art zone, listen to live local music offerings, including an All Ages Open Mic, and patronize curated arts, crafts, retail, food, and beverage vendors.

Turn Pavement Into A Promotion - Sponsor A Square at the 4th Annual Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2026) and let's color the community together. We’re taking over the NoDa Brewing Company's North End parking lot on Saturday, October 17th, and Sunday, October 18th, for a weekend of bold creativity and community vibes. When you Sponsor A Square, your $225.00 sponsorship commitment helps us host a friendly chalk art competition featuring youth (ages 12–17) and adult artists (18+), each transforming an 8' x 8' to 9' x 9' space into a colorful masterpiece. When You Sponsor A Square, You’ll Get: * Your Business "Name Plate" positioned to the left of one chalk art design in the competition zone. Name Plate is Black & White. * Your Business Name or Logo will be featured in a social media post announcing your sponsorship involvement. * Your Hyperlinked Business Name or Logo will appear on our website as a Square Sponsor. Consider this! Our festival, your brand, and CCAF2026 chalk art design—together we can create colorful community moments. Terms & Conditions

Eventful Expressions NPC, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization, serves as our Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2026) Fiscal Sponsor. Eventful Expressions NPC is authorized to solicit financial sponsorship and donations to support CCAF2026. Eventful Expressions NPC is the initial recipient of your financial sponsorship. After the payment process through the Eventeny system is completed, funds are used to purchase equipment or event-related materials that align with this sponsorship level commitment. If you prefer to pay by check or use an ACH process, please let us know, and we will provide additional details. The Charlotte Chalk Art Festival (CCAF2026) committee reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. If accepted, you will be REQUIRED to sign a Vendor Liability Form. CCAF2026 is a two-day RAIN OR SHINE EVENT EXCEPT FOR SEVERE WEATHER – NO REFUNDS ONCE ACCEPTED. CCAF2026 committee reserves the right to CLOSE, DISCONTINUE ANY ACTIVITY, or DELAY the festival on either day due to extreme weather or public safety concerns, without refunds. We reserve the right to POSTPONE or CANCEL the festival before October 17th should there be an in-advance warning of extreme weather, or other circumstances that make it difficult for the festival to be held. Should there be a POSTPONEMENT, the festival will be moved to a TBD date, and all approved vendors, artists, and sponsors will retain their space and/or brand position, without refund. CCAF2026 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. When we change the the Terms, in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms & Conditions.
