About the event

The first SantaCaliGon Days festival was held in 1940 to celebrate the unique heritage of the City of Independence as the starting point of the Santa Fe, California, and Oregon Trails. A second celebration was held after World War II in 1947. The festival was not held again until 1973. In 53 years, the SCG has evolved into one of the nations premier FREE festivals, drawing more than 200,000 people each Labor Day weekend.

In addition to on-site exposure, your logo will also be featured on the official festival website, extending your visibility before, during, and after the event. Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Commitment: *Sponsorship is secured upon receipt of a completed application and full payment. All sponsorships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. *Logo Submission: Sponsor agrees to provide a high-resolution logo (vector format preferred) by the specified deadline to ensure proper placement on the golf cart and website. Late submissions may result in reduced or forfeited benefits. *Branding Placement: Logo placement on the golf cart will be determined by the festival organizers. *Every effort will be made to ensure clear visibility; however, exact size and placement are at the discretion of the SantaCaliGon committee. *Website Recognition: Sponsor logo will be displayed on SantaCaliGon.com for the duration determined by the event organizers. *Use of Name & Logo: By participating, sponsor grants permission for their business name and logo to be used in festival-related marketing and promotional materials. *Exclusivity: This sponsorship does not guarantee industry exclusivity unless otherwise stated in writing. *Weather & Event Conditions: SantaCaliGon is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers. *Liability: The festival is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of sponsor branding once installed. *Compliance: Sponsor agrees to comply with all festival rules, regulations, and deadlines as outlined by the SantaCaliGon committee.
