Terms & Conditions

LC3 Sponsorship Terms & Conditions 1. Sponsorship Packages & Payment • Sponsors must select a sponsorship tier (Gold, Silver) as outlined in the sponsorship deck or agreement. • Payment must be made in full no later than [August 31st 2025] to guarantee inclusion in promotional materials. • Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. 2. Sponsor Benefits • LC3 agrees to deliver the benefits specified under the selected tier (e.g., logo placement, social media shoutouts, booth space, etc.). • LC3 reserves the right to adjust deliverables if required by venue restrictions or logistical changes but will notify sponsors in advance. 3. Logo & Marketing Material Submission • Sponsors must provide high-resolution logos and any necessary promotional materials by [August 31st 2025]. • Failure to submit materials on time may result in exclusion from promotional items. 4. Booth or On-Site Promotion (if applicable) • If a booth or table is included, sponsors must adhere to the vendor rules and setup times provided by the LC3 team. • Sponsor displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences. 5. Social Media & Promotion • LC3 agrees to promote sponsors via social media platforms as per the tier benefits. • Sponsors agree to tag and/or share event content to help promote the event. 6. Event Cancellation or Postponement • If LC3 is canceled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, sponsorship benefits may be transferred to a future event or refunded at the organizer’s discretion. 7. Indemnification • Sponsors agree to hold harmless LC3, Hawthorn Mall, and all associated parties from any liability, loss, or damage related to their participation in the event. 8. Agreement Validity • These terms are considered accepted upon payment submission or signing of a sponsorship agreement.
