Terms & Conditions

NONPROFIT EXHIBITOR FEE: $800 The Pikes Peak Colorado Restaurant Association (PPCRA) grants your nonprofit one 6-foot table and tent at Taste of Pikes Peak on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Hillside Gardens, Colorado Springs. Booth space includes recognition in Event materials and local media promotion. WHAT'S INCLUDED: - One 6-foot table and tent - Logo in Event program and website - Social media recognition - Admission for 2 staff members - Event setup and promotion FOOD & BEVERAGE PARTNERSHIPS: Nonprofits may partner with restaurants or food vendors for donated food/beverage. These in-kind donations can be credited toward or applied to your exhibitor fee. Partners will be recognized jointly in Event materials. KEY TERMS: - Booth space is for mission awareness and community engagement, not commercial sales - Additional booth costs (extra space, displays, signage) are your responsibility - You must provide proof of nonprofit liability insurance or certificate of insurance naming PPCRA as additionally insured - Agreement runs through December 31, 2026 - Renewal negotiation period: through December 30, 2026 for 2027 Event CANCELLATION & CHANGES: Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice if there is a material breach. PPCRA reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to Event details with advance notice. Force majeure events (weather, pandemic, civil authority) do not automatically cancel the agreement—the parties will work together on solutions. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY: Each party indemnifies the other from claims arising from its own breach or activities. You are responsible for the security and safety of your own booth materials and staff. PPCRA will not be liable for activities occurring at the Event except those under PPCRA's direct control. YOUR LOGO & NAME: PPCRA may use your nonprofit's name, logo, and mission statement for advertising and promoting the Event. PPCRA will use these materials appropriately and in ways that reflect your mission. Upon agreement end, PPCRA will stop using your materials. QUESTIONS? By registering and paying the exhibitor fee, your nonprofit agrees to these terms.
