Sponsorship Opportunities – Raleigh, NC This marks our 4th event in the Raleigh market, and it continues to be one of our strongest-performing locations. With an average attendance of 40,000+ attendees per weekend, Foodees Fest delivers consistent, high-volume foot traffic and a highly engaged audience. Sponsorship with Foodees is designed for brands looking to do more than just show up. This is about visibility, interaction, and real connection with attendees in a high-energy, in-person environment. Opportunities may include: • On-site activations and brand experiences • Lead generation and customer engagement • Product sampling and demonstrations • Strategic placement within high-traffic areas • Integration into event marketing and promotion Each sponsorship is customized based on your brand goals, target audience, and level of involvement. This application helps us understand what you’re looking to achieve, your activation ideas, and how you’d like to be positioned within the event. All sponsorship applications will be followed up directly via email so we can discuss options, availability, and next steps. We’re looking for brands that want to create something memorable.

Terms & Conditions

Sponsor Terms & Conditions By submitting a sponsorship application and accepting placement at Foodees Fest, you agree to the following terms: Payment & Commitment All sponsorship payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including weather, scheduling conflicts, or changes in participation. Event Status All events are rain or shine. In the event of a full cancellation by Foodees Fest, further direction will be provided at that time. Activation Requirements Sponsors are responsible for providing all necessary setup materials, including tents, tables, displays, power, and equipment. Power is not provided. If needed, a silent generator (70 dB or lower) must be used. Space Usage Sponsors must operate within their assigned space and may not exceed approved dimensions. All setups must be clean, safe, and professionally presented. Conduct & Compliance All sponsors must comply with local laws, safety regulations, and any event-specific requirements. Foodees Fest reserves the right to request adjustments to any setup that does not meet event standards. Marketing & Representation By participating, sponsors grant Foodees Fest permission to use photos, videos, and content captured during the event for promotional purposes. Communication All official event information, including setup details and updates, will be shared through the Foodees Vendors & Sponsors Facebook Group. Sponsors are required to join and monitor this group. Enforcement Failure to follow event guidelines, failure to operate during event hours, or unapproved activities may result in removal from the event without refund and may impact future participation.
