Centered and Sexy Ugly Christmas Sweater Pop Up is the place to be if you like your Christmas cheer with a little attitude and a lot of energy. This isn’t a stroll-through-and-leave situation. It’s a full-on pull-up-and-stay-awhile kind of night. We’re bringing together handpicked vendors serving up everything from self-care gems and style finds to art, treats, and must-haves you didn’t know you needed until you saw them. Add festive cocktails, crave-worthy bites, and a DJ setting the tone, and suddenly your calendar looks very booked 🎶🍸 The vibes? Loud. Cozy. Joyful. Slightly chaotic in the best way. Come shop, sip, laugh too hard, dance a little, and soak up that feel-good holiday energy that only hits when the room is right. Ugly Christmas sweaters are strongly encouraged. The tackier the better. If it lights up, jingles, or makes strangers smile, you’re winning. Men are absolutely welcome and encouraged to pull up too. As a Promotional Sponsor, your contribution helps bring the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater experience to life behind the scenes, supporting everything from event enhancements and guest experiences to the festive details that transform a holiday gathering into something truly memorable. Your partnership helps create an inviting atmosphere, strengthen community connections, and deliver an experience guests will be talking about long after the holiday season has passed. In return, your brand will receive recognition as a valued event partner through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site acknowledgment. You'll also receive one vendor space at the event, providing the opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect directly with attendees, build meaningful relationships, and increase visibility among an engaged audience that values community, quality, and authentic experiences. This is more than a sponsorship opportunity. It's a chance to support a festive community experience while positioning your brand in front of potential customers in a meaningful, memorable, and impactful way.

Terms & Conditions

Promotional Sponsor Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in supporting the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater. As a Promotional Sponsor, you play an important role in helping us create a festive, engaging, and memorable holiday experience for attendees, vendors, and community partners. Sponsorship Confirmation The Promotional Sponsorship fee is $500 and is due upon approval. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and will be secured once payment has been received and processed. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable except as outlined below. Sponsor Benefits Promotional Sponsors receive: One vendor space at the event Opportunity to promote products and services directly to attendees Recognition in event marketing and promotional materials Social media promotion leading up to the event On-site acknowledgment as an event sponsor Enhanced brand visibility throughout the event experience All sponsor branding, displays, giveaways, promotional materials, and activations must be approved by Centered & Sexy® prior to the event to ensure alignment with the event atmosphere, audience, and overall guest experience. Vendor Space & Event Setup Promotional Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table, tablecloth, displays, signage, marketing materials, and décor. Two chairs will be provided by the venue. To maintain the quality and appearance of the venue, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, tape, or any materials that may damage walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures are prohibited. Nothing may be attached to venue walls, doors, windows, or furnishings. Sponsors may be held financially responsible for any venue damage fees assessed as a result of their setup, displays, products, staff, or activities. Marketing & Promotion Sponsors are encouraged to maximize their participation by promoting their involvement through their own marketing channels, including social media, email communications, and customer outreach. Collaborative promotion helps increase visibility for both the sponsor and the event while generating excitement for the holiday shopping experience. Responsibility & Liability Sponsors are solely responsible for their products, services, displays, promotional materials, staff, representatives, and activities during the event. Centered & Sexy® and its affiliates, venue partners, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, nor for any injuries, accidents, claims, damages, or incidents arising from sponsor participation. Sponsors agree to comply with all venue rules, event policies, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to remove or restrict any display, activity, product, service, or promotional material deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event's mission, audience, or standards. Event Changes or Cancellation In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Centered & Sexy® reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event. Should the event be canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a full refund of sponsorship fees paid. If the event is rescheduled, all sponsorship benefits and commitments will automatically transfer to the new event date. Agreement Submission of a sponsorship application and payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By participating as a Promotional Sponsor, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all event policies, venue requirements, and sponsorship guidelines established by Centered & Sexy®.

Promotional Sponsor	$500.00	Non-refundable	As a Promotional Sponsor, your brand will receive enhanced visibility at the Centered & Sexy® Ugly Christmas Sweater through event marketing, social media promotion, and on-site recognition. This sponsorship is designed for businesses that want to increase brand awareness while engaging directly with attendees in a festive and meaningful environment. Your sponsorship includes one vendor space at the event, providing the opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect with potential customers, and build relationships with an engaged audience. Promotional Sponsors will also receive recognition leading up to the event through social media features and inclusion in select event promotions. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own table, tablecloth, displays, signage, and décor. Holiday-themed décor is encouraged; however, glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, tape, or any materials that may damage the venue are prohibited. This sponsorship offers a unique opportunity to support a community-focused holiday event while positioning your brand in front of attendees who value connection, quality, and authentic experiences. It's a meaningful way to increase visibility, expand your reach, and become part of an event designed to bring people together during the most festive season of the year.
