Music, Uptown merchants, entertainment, art, food, vendors, DORA & fun Join us as Westerville closes down State Street and invites the community to historic Uptown Westerville for the Fourth Friday festivals. Gather to enjoy a summer concert series at City Hall, catch the roving entertainment, and visit the food trucks, pop-up vendors, and your favorite Uptown Westerville restaurants and retail shopping.
