General Terms:
Eligibility: Sponsorship opportunities are open to individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and institutions that align with the values and mission of the event.
Sponsorship Agreement: A signed sponsorship agreement must be completed prior to receiving sponsor recognition. Sponsorship is not considered confirmed until payment or in-kind contribution terms are received and approved by the Chamber.
Brand Recognition: Sponsors may receive brand exposure depending on the sponsorship level. This may include:
Logo inclusion on event signage, banners, and printed materials
Recognition on the Chamber’s website and social media platforms
Verbal recognition at the event
Booth space or product display opportunities (based on agreement)
Custom Sponsorship Packages: Custom sponsorships are available and may include naming rights, stage or area sponsorships, or promotional opportunities. The Chamber reserves the right to approve all custom arrangements to ensure alignment with the event’s tone and mission.
Use of Trademarks & Logos: By entering into a sponsorship, the sponsor grants the Little River Chamber of Commerce the right to use the sponsor’s name, logo, and branding in promotional materials. Likewise, the Chamber will provide approved Patriot’s Day branding for use by sponsors upon request. Unauthorized use or modification of Chamber or event branding is prohibited.
Deadlines for Recognition: To ensure appropriate recognition, all logos and marketing materials must be received by the Chamber no later than [insert specific date, e.g., August 15, 2025]. Delays may result in omission from printed or promotional content.
Payment Terms: All monetary contributions are due within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contributions are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Chamber.
Cancellation Policy: If the event is postponed or canceled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Chamber will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. Sponsors may be offered comparable recognition at a future event or similar Chamber activity.
Liability: The Little River Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during or in connection with the event. Sponsors participate at their own risk.
Compliance: All sponsorships must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsorship content must be family-friendly and may not include political, inflammatory, discriminatory, or offensive material. The Chamber reserves the right to reject any sponsor or promotional content at its discretion.
Acknowledgement:
By signing the sponsorship application or agreement, the sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
