Thank you for your interest in sponsoring The Thirst Market: A Sinners’ Soirée, a curated Halloween-themed pop-up market and party experience taking place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Las Vegas. This is a 21+ event featuring immersive games, spooky prizes, unique vendors, and a night of dark, gothic glam. We are currently accepting sponsorship applications across the following categories: Small Business & Local Brands Lifestyle & Entertainment Food, Beverage, and Spirits Beauty, Fashion, and Wellness Media, Tech, and Events Sponsorship tiers offer a variety of brand exposure opportunities including: logo placement, social media mentions, inclusion in event materials, product placement, on-site signage, and custom activations. Event Protocol & Setup Info All sponsors must submit logos and digital assets by the provided deadlines. If your sponsorship includes an on-site booth, setup instructions, parking access, and breakdown procedures will be sent in your confirmation email. On-site setup begins 2 hours before doors open (approximately 4:00 PM). All materials must be broken down and removed by 12:00 AM. Food & Alcohol Sponsorships Food and beverage sponsors must comply with local health and safety regulations. Alcohol sponsors are subject to additional licensing and must coordinate with event organizers and venue policies. Event: The Thirst Market: A Sinners’ Soirée Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025 Time: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Location: Venue TBD – Las Vegas Strip/Downtown Area Hosted by: The Binding Blueprint LLC 1. Sponsorship Agreement By submitting payment and completing the sponsorship form, the sponsor agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement. The sponsorship becomes active upon receipt of payment. 2. Sponsorship Levels & Deliverables Sponsor benefits will be fulfilled according to the tier selected. Benefits may include (but are not limited to): Logo placement (flyers, website, signage) Social media mentions On-site branding (banner, raffle boards, refreshment area, etc.) Complimentary tickets or promotional opportunities Deliverables are subject to adjustment depending on timing of payment and material submission. Sponsors must provide required assets (logo files, links, promo info) no later than September 22, 2025 to guarantee inclusion in printed and digital materials. 3. Payment Terms Sponsorships are non-refundable, including in the case of no-show or cancellation by the sponsor. 4. Marketing Use Sponsor grants permission to the event host to use their logo, name, and any provided promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes related to this event. 5. Conduct & Brand Alignment Sponsors must align with the tone and audience of the event (adults 21+, creative professionals, alternative/fashion-forward crowd). The host reserves the right to deny or remove sponsorships from businesses that promote hate, violence, discrimination, or material misalignment with the event’s audience or values. 6. Cancellation or Rescheduling In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, venue issues, etc.), the host reserves the right to reschedule the event. Sponsors will be notified immediately and offered adjusted deliverables of equal value. No refunds will be given unless the event is permanently canceled without reschedule. 7. Liability The event host is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the sponsor or its representatives during the event. Sponsors are responsible for their own materials, representatives, and conduct at the venue. 8. Alcohol/Adult Content Sponsors If you are an alcohol, CBD, or adult-focused sponsor, additional approval and permitting may be required by the venue or local authorities.
