BunFest 2027 Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By submitting a sponsorship application, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms for BunFest 2027, hosted by Fairytale Farm Rescue & Sanctuary on March 13, 2027, at Oak Hollow Festival Park in High Point, North Carolina.

1. Sponsorship & Benefits
Sponsor agrees to provide the financial or approved in-kind support indicated in their sponsorship application.

Fairytale Farm agrees to provide the benefits associated with the selected sponsorship level or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Sponsorship benefits may be customized based on the nature of the partnership, particularly for in-kind and promotional sponsors.

2. Payment
Cash sponsorships must be paid in full by the deadline provided by Fairytale Farm in order to receive all associated benefits.

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation as described below.

In-kind sponsorships must be approved in advance. Fairytale Farm will determine sponsorship recognition based on the value and usefulness of the donated goods, services, or promotional support.

3. Logos & Promotional Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing requested logos, business information, advertisements, or other materials by the deadlines provided.

Failure to provide materials by the requested deadline may result in omission from printed or promotional materials.

Sponsor grants Fairytale Farm permission to use its name, logo, and submitted promotional materials for purposes related to promoting BunFest and the sponsorship.

Fairytale Farm reserves the right to approve materials for consistency with event branding and organizational standards.

4. Event Presence & Booths
Sponsors receiving booth space will be provided event setup, parking, and breakdown instructions prior to BunFest.

Standard booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10' unless otherwise arranged.

Sponsors are responsible for their own booth equipment, staffing, displays, and applicable permits or requirements.

All outdoor tents must be safely secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight per tent leg.

Sponsors must follow all event setup, breakdown, parking, safety, and venue procedures.

5. Event Changes, Weather & Cancellation
BunFest is planned as a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Fairytale Farm may modify event activities, hours, layout, programming, or other details when necessary because of weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances outside its control.

If BunFest is postponed, sponsorship benefits will transfer to the rescheduled event whenever reasonably possible.

If Fairytale Farm cancels BunFest without rescheduling, cash sponsors may choose to receive a refund of their sponsorship payment or convert the sponsorship into a tax-deductible donation to Fairytale Farm to the extent allowed by law.

In-kind goods or services already provided or used in preparation for the event cannot be returned or refunded.

No refunds will be provided if a Sponsor withdraws from participation.

6. Liability
Sponsors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their representatives, property, displays, products, and activities.

Sponsors are responsible for maintaining any insurance or liability coverage appropriate for their participation.

To the extent permitted by law, Fairytale Farm Rescue & Sanctuary and the City of High Point are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from a Sponsor's participation in the event.

Sponsors are responsible for damage caused by their representatives, equipment, displays, or activities.

7. Conduct & Animal Welfare
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the family-friendly nature of BunFest and Fairytale Farm's mission.

Fairytale Farm reserves the right to decline, modify, or terminate a sponsorship or event participation when a Sponsor's activities, materials, conduct, or messaging conflict with the event's purpose, animal welfare standards, safety requirements, or organizational values.

Sponsors bringing animals to BunFest are also subject to the applicable BunFest animal welfare requirements.

8. Sponsorship Recognition
Fairytale Farm will make reasonable efforts to provide the promotional benefits associated with each sponsorship.

Specific placement, size, timing, frequency, and location of logos, mentions, signage, social media content, or other recognition are at Fairytale Farm's discretion unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

This is important because I do not want you contractually obligated to put someone's logo on literally every single thing because a bullet in the sponsorship packet was interpreted broadly.

9. Agreement
By submitting a sponsorship application, the Sponsor confirms that they are authorized to enter into this agreement and agree to these BunFest 2027 Sponsorship Terms & Conditions if their sponsorship is accepted.

Fairytale Farm reserves the right to approve or decline sponsorship applications.
