About the application

The Chamblee Summer Concert Series has become a destination music series for more than 10,000 people each year. Join family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy 6 bands, 3 nights, and 1 amazing fireworks show for a rocking good time! Break out your lawn chairs for the Chamblee Summer Concert Series occurring on Friday, June 7th, Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, August 2nd in Downtown Chamblee. These concerts feature bands that are sure to please everyone, as well as an awesome fireworks celebration for the 4th of July.The City of Chamblee invites your business and locally minded corporate sponsors to help us provide these ongoing cultural arts opportunities free to the community. When you sponsor Chamblee’s Summer Concert Series, your organization has the opportunity to put its brand in front of thousands of residents, families and music lovers throughout the year. We have a sponsor level for every marketing budget. Details of each sponsor level are contained below. We look forward to working with you.#ChambleeRocks! Terms & Conditions

In submitting an application for the Summer Concert Series 2024, the applicant and the Sponsor are agreeing to comply with the below terms and conditions: - All payments are final, no refunds. - The Chamblee Concert Series is a rain or shine event. - The Chamblee Summer Concert Series does not guarantee exclusivity of products and/or services. - The City of Chamblee and its employees and agents shall not be responsible for loss, damage, third-party damages, claims or loss to property, persons, or vessels, injury to exhibitors, their employees, invitees, guests or visitors within the confines of the booth space contracted by Sponsor. - The City of Chamblee will provide one (1) 10x10 tent, one 6' table, and two (2) chairs to each sponsor. Any additional materials , decorations, etc. must be brought by the sponsor. - Sponsors who do not set up on schedule may have their designated space changed or occupied by another Sponsor at the discretion of Event Management. - Sponsors are responsible for maintaining acceptable standards of sanitation and disposing of trash into appropriate receptacles. A $100 cleaning fee will be issued, if left in an inappropriate level of cleanliness - Any damage or loss to equipment supplied by Event Management will be billed directly to the Sponsor within 30 business days of the event. - Tent décor should be in good taste. Event Management shall be the final judge as to what constitutes good taste and has the authority to require removal or modification of any display. - No vehicles will be permitted on site during concert hours. Cars must remain outside of venue parameters until after 10:00 pm/ crowd dispersal. - Please do your best to submit your logo in VECTOR/EPS format. By submitting this application, the applicant and Sponsor certify that they hold authority to approve the aforementioned terms and agreements. *Please note that only Nonprofits currently enrolled in Chamblee's Nonprofit Partnership Program may sign up as a Nonprofit Sponsor.
