Here are some common elements: 1. Sponsor Obligations: The sponsor will provide financial or material contributions, including specified payment amounts, schedules, and any additional support. 2. Use of Trademarks and Materials: The management team is permitted to use the sponsor's logos, trademarks, and other branding materials for banners and media coverage. 3. Indemnity: Both parties must adhere to any legal or regulatory requirements related to the sponsorship. 4. Limitation of Liability: The extent to which either party can be held liable for damages is limited to no more than 10 days following the event. 5. Term and Termination: Sponsors must notify organizers of any cancellations at least 30 days before the deadline to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
