Florida Pioneer Festival — Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all sponsors (“Sponsor”) of the Florida Pioneer Festival, organized by the Florida Pioneer Festival Foundation, a registered nonprofit. By submitting payment or written confirmation, the Sponsor agrees to the following:
1. Sponsorship Benefits
The Sponsor will receive benefits as outlined in the selected sponsorship package. These may include but are not limited to:
Logo placement on promotional materials
Recognition on social media and event signage
Vendor booth space
On-stage or program recognition
All deliverables are subject to deadlines provided by the festival organizers. Failure to meet deadlines may result in omitted benefits without refund.
2. Payment Terms
Sponsorship fees must be paid in full upon signing the sponsorship agreement. Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers, in which case a full refund or credit toward future events may be offered.
3. Use of Logos and Trademarks
The Sponsor grants the Florida Pioneer Festival a limited license to use their logo and business name solely for the purpose of promoting the event. Likewise, any use of the Florida Pioneer Festival logo by the Sponsor must be approved in writing.
4. Booth Space and Activation (if applicable)
Sponsors entitled to a vendor or activation space are responsible for their own setup, staff, insurance, and adherence to any vendor guidelines issued by the organizers. Sponsor activations must be family-friendly and align with the mission of the festival.
5. Conduct and Brand Alignment
Sponsors agree to maintain professionalism and uphold values consistent with the mission of the Florida Pioneer Festival—education, sustainability, and community. The organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or damaging to the reputation of the festival.
6. Cancellation and Force Majeure
If the festival is postponed or canceled due to weather, natural disaster, pandemic, or circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the festival is not liable for any resulting loss. Sponsorship benefits will be rescheduled, rolled over, or refunded at the discretion of the organizers.
7. Liability
Sponsors participate at their own risk. The Florida Pioneer Festival, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising out of the Sponsor’s participation.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be modified at any time by the organizers. Sponsors will be notified of significant changes.
