Jack O’Lantern Jamboree 2025 – Sponsor Terms & Conditions

By becoming a sponsor for the Jack O’Lantern Jamboree 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Agreement
The sponsor agrees to the sponsorship package selected and confirms their participation by submitting a signed agreement and payment as outlined in the sponsorship details.
All sponsor payments must be received in full prior to the event to ensure benefits are fulfilled.
2. Sponsorship Package Benefits
Sponsor benefits are specific to the package selected and will be outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
Benefits may include logo placement on event materials, banners, signage, social media mentions, on-site activation, and other promotional efforts as specified for the selected package.
All logos, artwork, and content provided by the sponsor must meet event guidelines and be submitted by the deadline provided by Goin' Social Events.
3. Event Logistics & Setup
Sponsors are responsible for providing their own booth, materials, signage, and promotional items unless specified in the sponsorship agreement.
All sponsor materials (e.g., booth design, logos, promotional materials) must be submitted to Goin' Social Events by the agreed-upon deadline for inclusion in event promotions.
Sponsors must adhere to event setup and breakdown times as outlined in the sponsor information packet.
Goin’ Social Events will not be responsible for the setup, operation, or teardown of sponsor materials unless specified in the sponsorship package.
4. Event Cancellation & Force Majeure
Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event of cancellation, sponsors will receive a partial refund or credit towards a future event, less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Goin' Social Events.
In case of rescheduling, sponsors can choose to either attend on the new date or receive a partial refund.
5. Insurance & Liability
Sponsors are responsible for providing adequate insurance for their booth, staff, products, and property.
Goin’ Social Events is not liable for any damage, theft, loss, or injury that occurs at the event. By agreeing to sponsor, the sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Goin' Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, and any other affiliated parties from liability arising from the event.
6. Promotions & Marketing
By becoming a sponsor, the sponsor grants Goin' Social Events the right to use their name, logo, and branding for promotional purposes related to the event, including social media, press releases, website, and event materials.
Sponsors agree to promote the event through their own marketing channels (social media, newsletters, etc.) as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
7. Compliance with Event Guidelines
Sponsors must comply with all event rules and regulations, including safety protocols, local laws, and ethical guidelines.
Sponsors must ensure their materials, signage, and behavior are appropriate for a family-friendly event.
Goin' Social Events reserves the right to remove any sponsor materials or representatives that do not comply with event standards or conduct.
8. Payment & Refunds
All sponsorship payments are due as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation due to force majeure as specified in Section 4.
Late payments may result in a delay in sponsorship benefits.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, and sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by Goin' Social Events.
