Thank you for your interest in participating in Roc Artists Open Market at Innovation Square. The following form is an application to secure your interest as a Sponsor. Please review the levels of sponsorships, marketing and promotional needs including terms and conditions of what participating as a Sponsor includes. This weekly open air mall market attracts not only the local community but also county wide as well as showcasing artisans from Rochester and the greater upstate region. And with all that goes on at the market it gives visitors a reason to recommend and return again and again. Summer Performance Series in The Theater at Innovation Square- A Summer Series of free performances of the cultural, ballet, kids theater programs and more! Kids Zone - An area with fun creative activities and entertainment for kids and families. Market Outside Stage - Hosting a wide range local entertainment from music, performance and some of Rochester's most talented. Artists and vendors - Local & Regional artist, markers and craftspeople offering their finest in an open market fair, from functional, visual, fashion. flavors and more! A spring, summer and fall open air artisan mall, stimulating Rochester growth it’s people and community. Where Rochesterians and its visitors can enjoy a festive outdoor market shopping experience, consisting of a core of juried vendors whose offerings consist of self-made goods, arts, textiles, fashion, home goods, furnishings and much more. Surrounded by theater, music, food, entertainment and activities all-inclusive of the greater Rochester community both young and old. • Additional Terms & Conditions* • I agree that I will not transfer my sponsorship to another Sponsor unless discussed and with a written agreed decision to do so. • I agree that I will pay the Sponsor fee in full upfront to secure my level once my application has been accepted. • I acknowledge that my application does not guarantee a sponsorship level and my sponsorship is pending on application approval. • I acknowledge that my "In-Kind" sponsorship contribution is non-refundable and will be provided no later than Day prior of the event. • If I am accepted for the title sponsorship, I agree that I will provide my own 8ft or less table for my Vendor space. • I agree that if I am considered as a food and/or beverage Sponsor, I have the proper certifications and permits to serve/cater food and/or beverages. • I agree that I will provide all promo materials, swag, etc.... for the market's sponsors' booth no later than 2 days before the event. • I agree that I will provide my own advertising banner to be displayed at the events
