Support the 2027 Monte Vista Crane Festival, March 5–7, and help us welcome visitors from across Colorado and beyond to one of the San Luis Valley’s signature events.

Sponsorships support festival programming, educational opportunities, wildlife experiences, and the continued growth of this community tradition.

Important dates:

Sponsorship commitments must be received by December 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in the printed festival program. Final logos and advertising artwork must be received by January 5, 2027.

Sponsorship opportunities received after December 15 may still be considered, but printed recognition and certain benefits cannot be guaranteed.

2027 Monte Vista Crane Festival Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to sponsor the 2027 Monte Vista Crane Festival at the selected sponsorship level and accepts the terms below.

Sponsorship Deadline
Sponsorship commitments must be received by December 15, 2026 to guarantee inclusion in the printed festival program and other printed materials. Sponsorships received after this date may still be accepted, but printed recognition and certain benefits cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork & Logo Requirements
Sponsors are responsible for providing all required logos, advertisements, and other artwork in a usable, print-quality format by the applicable deadline.

High-resolution logos should be submitted as PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, or SVG files. Vector files are preferred when available. Screenshots, images copied from websites, and other low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly in print.

Final advertising artwork and any remaining print materials must be received by January 5, 2027. The festival cannot guarantee the quality of materials supplied at insufficient resolution and is not responsible for locating, recreating, redesigning, or replacing sponsor artwork. Materials received after the deadline may be excluded from the printed program.

Payment
Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of sponsorship. Payment may be made electronically or by check. Sponsors remain responsible for the full amount of the selected sponsorship.

Sponsor Benefits

Benefits vary by sponsorship level and are subject to availability. Some benefits, including sponsor booth space and limited-capacity experiences, are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed by festival organizers.

Complimentary Festival Passes and other ticketed benefits are limited to the quantities associated with the selected sponsorship level and have no cash value.

Changes & Substitutions
The Monte Vista Crane Festival reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments to sponsorship benefits due to venue, programming, production, weather, safety, or logistical considerations. When possible, comparable value will be provided.

Cancellation & Refunds
Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once sponsor recognition, advertising, design, printing, ticketing, or other sponsorship benefits have been provided or production has begun. If the festival is canceled, festival organizers will communicate available options to sponsors.

Sponsor Responsibility
Sponsors are responsible for reviewing all submitted business names, contact information, logos, advertisements, and artwork for accuracy before submission. The festival is not responsible for errors contained in materials supplied by the sponsor.
