Enjoy Pilates led by Jetset Pilates, coffee and matcha, wellness activations, curated local vendors, photo moments, giveaways, and unique experiences throughout the ranch. More than just a wellness event, Cowgirls & Pilates benefits the ranch's Stable Moments Program, which provides mentorship and healing through equine connection for children, teens, and young adults impacted by abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, trafficking, and other significant life challenges. Whether you're coming for the Pilates, the horses, the community, or the mission, you'll leave knowing you were part of something bigger than yourself. About the application

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Cowgirls & Pilates! Cowgirls & Pilates is a purpose driven luxury wellness social taking place on October 10, 2026, at The Ranch 22 in Wellington, Florida. This unique event brings together approximately 100 women from across Palm Beach County and South Florida for a morning of movement, wellness, connection, and community impact. Guests will enjoy Pilates, wellness activation's, curated vendor experiences, coffee and matcha, photo moments, giveaways, and opportunities to learn more about the ranch's Stable Moments Program. The Stable Moments Program provides mentorship and healing through equine connection for children, teens, and young adults impacted by abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, trafficking, and other significant life challenges. Through this event, we aim to raise awareness, support, and community engagement around this life changing mission that will benefit the nonprofit. We are seeking sponsors who align with wellness, beauty, fitness, lifestyle, hospitality, philanthropy, women's empowerment, and community impact. Sponsorship opportunities may include financial contributions, in-kind donations, attendee experiences, product gifting, giveaways, branded activations, and other meaningful collaborations. Terms & Conditions

COWGIRLS & PILATES SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS By submitting a sponsorship application and participating in Cowgirls & Pilates, sponsors agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance. Sponsorship opportunities are subject to approval by Pure Moments Events based on event needs, sponsor alignment, and availability. 2. SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT Upon acceptance and confirmation of sponsorship, sponsors agree to provide all agreed upon financial contributions, products, services, activation's or materials by the deadlines communicated by the event organizer. 3. MARKETING MATERIALS Sponsors are responsible for providing approved logos, promotional materials, graphics, and marketing assets by requested deadlines. Delayed submissions may impact inclusion in event marketing materials. 4. BRAND REPRESENTATION Sponsors grant Pure Moments Events permission to use their company name, logo, and approved marketing materials for event related promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, email marketing, printed materials, and event signage. 5. ACTIVATION'S & ONSITE PARTICIPATION Sponsors participating onsite are responsible for any displays, equipment, staffing, products, giveaways, activation's, and materials associated with their sponsorship unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Sponsors acknowledge that photographs and video footage will be captured during the event. Sponsors grant permission for event organizers to use such content for future marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. 7. EVENT MODIFICATIONS Pure Moments Events reserves the right to make adjustments to event logistics, schedules, layouts, programming, sponsorship benefits, or event operations when necessary to ensure the success and safety of the event. 8. CANCELLATION & FORCE MAJEURE In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, venue restrictions, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, Pure Moments Events reserves the right to postpone, modify, relocate, or cancel the event. Sponsorship benefits may be adjusted accordingly. 9. CONDUCT Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, volunteers, vendors, nonprofit representatives, and fellow sponsors. Any conduct deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the mission of the event may result in removal from participation. 10. MISSION ALIGNMENT Cowgirls & Pilates is a purpose driven event benefiting the ranch's Stable Moments Program and their nonprofit. Sponsors acknowledge and support the charitable and community focused mission of the event and agree to represent their brands in a manner that positively contributes to the attendee experience. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Pure Moments Events, The Ranch 22, event partners, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising from sponsorship participation. By submitting this application, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
