Cars with a Cause 2026 – Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsorship Agreement
By submitting a sponsorship application for Cars with a Cause 2026 (“Event”), the Sponsor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between the Sponsor and Goin’ Social Events LLC (“Organizer”).
2. Sponsorship Fees & Payment
Sponsorship fees are due in full upon submission of the sponsorship application unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is canceled by the Organizer.
Any applicable taxes, service fees, or processing charges are the responsibility of the Sponsor.
3. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsorship benefits, including logo placement, marketing exposure, vendor space, and activations, are contingent upon timely payment and adherence to these Terms.
Organizer reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits, provided that such changes do not materially diminish the agreed-upon level of recognition.
All artwork, logos, or promotional materials must be submitted by the deadlines specified by the Organizer. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from certain marketing materials.
4. Sponsor Conduct & Compliance
Sponsors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Sponsors shall conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with a family-friendly, community-focused event.
Organizer reserves the right to revoke sponsorship privileges or remove Sponsor branding in the event of inappropriate behavior, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
By providing logos, trademarks, or promotional content, the Sponsor grants the Organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for the purposes of promoting the Event.
All intellectual property rights of the Event, including branding, logos, and marketing content, remain the sole property of the Organizer.
6. Liability & Insurance
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the Sponsor, Sponsor’s employees, representatives, or property.
Sponsors are responsible for obtaining any necessary liability insurance coverage.
7. Event Changes & Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to weather, emergencies, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will notify Sponsors as soon as possible. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and are limited to the sponsorship fee paid, minus any expenses already incurred by the Organizer.
8. Termination
Organizer may terminate the sponsorship agreement if the Sponsor fails to comply with these Terms, does not make timely payment, or engages in conduct detrimental to the Event.
Termination does not relieve the Sponsor of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
9. Indemnification
Sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the Sponsor’s participation in the Event.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and Organizer with respect to sponsorship of Cars with a Cause 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
