Join us Downtown for our holiday tradition, the "Holiday Sights and Sounds Parade"! Enjoy floats and performances by local businesses, bands, schools, clubs, and more. A Livermore tradition you don't want to miss! We can't wait to see you all for another fabulous year! 6:00pm Parade start on First Street in Downtown Livermore. Tree Lighting to immediately follow! This is a rain or shine event!! So bundle up, grab some hot cocoa and see you there! The Holiday Sights and Sounds Parade is part of our 2-day lineup of events to kick off December! Holiday Village in the Park is the day before on Friday, December 5th, 2025. It's a magical evening in the park. Like a Holiday movie, but in real life! Local vendors and makers welcome!

Terms & Conditions

All sponsorships are tax-deductible contribution through Livermore Downtown Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and listed in Livermore Downtown Annual Report to City of Livermore as community and program supporter.

Grand Tree (Main) Stage Sponsor (presenting sponsor)	$10,000.00	Non-refundable	Exclusive “Presenting Sponsor” recognition on all parade marketing as “Holiday Sights & Sounds Parade presented by [Sponsor Name],” Premier logo placement on all promotional materials including posters, event website, digital ads, social media campaigns, Logo inclusion on the main stage banner and exclusive on-site signage at the Grand Tree Stage visible to thousands including TV30 televised recording , VIP Seating Area (up to 20) Verbal recognition by the parade emcee during stage programming and parade announcements, Opportunity for representative introduction or message during the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Featured mention in all press releases and media coverage related to the event, Logo featured on Livermore Downtown Inc. e-newsletters and outreach (reaching thousands of subscribers), Option to provide branded giveaways or promotional materials at the event, Social media spotlight posts before and after the parade (tagged and linked) and First right of renewal for the following year’s presenting sponsorship.
