About the event

Whidbey Ren Faire is returning for a third year of family fun, magic, and dazzling entertainment! This convenient, easy to access location on Whidbey Island is accessible by: 1. Deception Pass to the North (easiest to access via I5 - no water travel required) 2. Port Townsend - Coupeville ferry on the west side of Whidbey Island (30 minute drive from the ferry terminal to Beach View Farm) 3. Mukilteo - Clinton ferry to the south (1 hr drive from the ferry terminal on the south end of Whidbey Island) CRITICAL: ALL ATTENDEES, PLEASE READ SHUTTLE AND PARKING INFORMATION UNDER "PARKING INSTRUCTIONS." Please note that entry to the faire will be restricted past 5:30 as the faire ends at 6 each day. 🎟️ Tickets available now. Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead. Tickets purchased at the gate, if available, will be priced higher than advance online tickets.

About the application

Generous sponsors who wish to support Whidbey Ren Faire without designating a specific area of use may utilize this application. Please indicate the amount you are looking to sponsor the Faire, and WRF will determine appropriate deliverables based on the sponsorship level after the application is submitted. If you have specific deliverables you are interested in, please note them in your application. While not guaranteed, WRF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate sponsor requests when possible.

Terms & Conditions

All sponsorships are final and non-refundable. Whidbey Ren Faire reserves the right to revoke sponsorship benefits, remove sponsor branding, and/or remove a sponsor or sponsor representatives from the event if they engage in illegal activity, violate Whidbey Ren Faire policies, Codes of Conduct, or procedures, or otherwise act in a manner that reflects negatively on the event. Sponsors who maintain an on-site presence—including complimentary or included sponsor booths—are required to complete a vendor application and are held to the same standards, regulations, theme requirements, costuming expectations, and conduct policies as all vendors and participants. If a sponsor sells products or services on site, they are subject to Whidbey Ren Faire’s standard vendor commission of ten percent (10%) of gross sales, the same as any other vendor. Sponsorship benefits do not waive commission requirements unless expressly approved in writing by WRF. All applicable policies and procedures are published at https://www.whidbeyrenfaire.org/policies-and-procedures. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future participation. Logo Use & File Requirements By submitting a logo, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees that Whidbey Ren Faire may resize, crop, remove backgrounds, adjust colors, or otherwise modify the logo as needed to ensure clarity, visibility, and consistency across promotional and marketing materials. Sponsors are responsible for providing a high-quality logo file. A PNG file with a transparent background is strongly preferred to ensure optimal use in both digital and printed formats. Photo & Video Release By participating in Whidbey Ren Faire, the sponsor and its representatives grant Whidbey Ren Faire permission to photograph, record, and use their likeness, name, logo, booth, and activities for promotional, marketing, archival, and media purposes in any format, without compensation or further approval. Force Majeure / Limitation of Liability Whidbey Ren Faire shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or failure to fulfill sponsorship benefits caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, fire, flood, government orders, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, vendor or contractor failures (including printing or production companies), power outages, internet or platform failures, public health emergencies, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, Whidbey Ren Faire will make reasonable efforts to fulfill sponsorship benefits when possible but does not guarantee full or partial fulfillment. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable, and Whidbey Ren Faire shall not be responsible for consequential or indirect damages arising from such events.

Prices

King Sponsor	$10,000.00	Non-refundable	Our highest level of sponsorship, offering premier visibility and recognition throughout the Whidbey Ren Faire season and event. King Sponsors receive prominent logo placement across WRF marketing channels, including the website, social media, flyers, banners, and gatebooks, as well as multiple social media announcements throughout the event season. This tier includes recognition in press releases, complimentary booth space at the event, Royal Dias VIP seating at jousting shows, and ten (10) VIP passes. All sponsors must still complete required paperwork and coordinate booth logistics with WRF staff.

Duke Sponsor	$5,000.00	Non-refundable	A high-visibility sponsorship tier offering strong promotional presence and on-site participation. Duke Sponsors receive prominent logo placement on the WRF website, social media, flyers, and gatebooks, recognition in press releases, and a complimentary booth space at the event. This tier also includes six (6) VIP passes. Booth placement and final approval are subject to WRF guidelines and event logistics.

Baron Sponsor	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	A mid-level sponsorship with a balance of marketing exposure and event access. Baron Sponsors receive logo placement on the WRF website, social media, and gatebooks, along with a complimentary booth space at the event and five (5) VIP passes. All sponsors must adhere to WRF branding, vendor, and conduct policies.

Knight Sponsor	$1,000.00	Non-refundable	An accessible sponsorship option with both promotional benefits and on-site presence. This tier is ideal for local businesses and supporters seeking direct engagement with the Faire community.
