Sponsorship Description
Foodees Fest welcomes businesses looking to connect directly with consumers through meaningful, face-to-face engagement.

Our Business Activation Sponsorship is designed for companies offering professional services, home improvement, home maintenance, and other consumer-focused solutions.

This opportunity allows your business to showcase its services, educate attendees, build brand awareness, and generate qualified leads throughout our three-day festival.

Unlike a traditional retail vendor space, this sponsorship is specifically designed for businesses focused on customer acquisition, consultations, demonstrations, and community engagement.

Sponsorship Deliverables
The $2,500 Business Activation Sponsorship includes:

On-Site Activation Space: One designated 10×20 activation footprint for all three festival days, with placement coordinated by Foodees Fest management.
Direct Consumer Engagement: Opportunity to interact with festival attendees, answer questions, demonstrate services, and provide educational materials.
Lead Generation: Permission to collect voluntarily provided customer information, schedule consultations, and offer free inspections or service appointments.
Brand Visibility: Ability to display company-branded banners, table coverings, promotional signage, and marketing materials within the assigned footprint.
Promotional Distribution: Opportunity to distribute brochures, branded merchandise, promotional giveaways, and other approved materials.
Digital Recognition: One dedicated pre-event social media feature recognizing the participating business.
Three-Day Participation: Access to the full scheduled event weekend, allowing multiple opportunities to connect with potential customers.
Important: This sponsorship does not include exclusive rights to a business category unless exclusivity is expressly agreed upon in writing.

Terms & Conditions
1. Application & Approval

All applications are subject to Foodees Fest review and approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or category availability.

2. Payment Terms

The total sponsorship investment is $2,500, excluding any applicable Eventeny processing fees.

Payment is collected through Eventeny upon application approval using the payment method provided.

Sponsorship placement is not secured until the application has been approved and payment successfully processed.

3. Refunds & Transfers

All approved sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sponsors are responsible for confirming their availability, staffing, and ability to participate before submitting an application.

A change in event date or a postponement does not automatically constitute cancellation. Any rescheduling will be communicated by Foodees Fest management.

4. Activation Space & Setup

The assigned activation space is for the approved business only.

Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage, promotional materials, and necessary equipment.

All equipment and displays must remain within the assigned footprint. Additional space requires prior written approval.

Foodees Fest reserves the right to determine or adjust booth placement based on venue layout, safety requirements, and operational needs. Specific corner or entrance placement is not guaranteed.

5. Setup & Event Participation

Vendor load-in is anticipated for Thursday, December 17, 2026 and Friday December 18, 2026.  Specific arrival windows, parking instructions, and setup requirements will be provided before the event. This will be in the vendors and sponsors group.

Sponsors must maintain a professional, staffed activation throughout the scheduled festival hours.

Early breakdown or departure requires management approval.

Sponsors are required to join the official Foodees Fest Vendors & Sponsors Facebook group for operational updates, site maps, and load-in instructions.

6. Insurance & Compliance

Sponsors must maintain appropriate general liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting event requirements.

All participating businesses must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, licensing requirements, and venue regulations.

Tents must meet applicable flame-resistance requirements and be secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight per leg.

7. Electricity & Utilities

Electricity and water are not provided. If electricity is necessary, sponsors must supply their own quiet generator operating at 70 decibels or less, subject to site approval.

8. Promotional Activities & Lead Collection

Sponsors may distribute marketing materials and collect consumer contact information within their assigned space.

All lead collection must be voluntary and comply with applicable consumer privacy, marketing, and communication laws.

Any contests, prize drawings, amplified sound, or activities extending outside the assigned space require advance written approval.

Sponsors may not represent themselves as the exclusive provider or official partner of Foodees Fest unless those rights have been granted in writing.

9. Category Restrictions & Exclusivity

Foodees Fest may limit participation in certain business categories to maintain event variety.

Acceptance of a sponsorship does not automatically provide industry or category exclusivity.

Any exclusivity arrangement must be specifically documented and approved by Foodees Fest management.

10. Attendance & Results

Foodees Fest provides the opportunity to engage with festival attendees but does not guarantee a specific attendance number, number of leads, appointments, customers, sales, or return on investment.

Results will depend on the sponsor's activation, engagement strategy, staffing, and other factors outside the organizer's control.

11. Event Operations

Foodees Fest reserves the right to adjust event hours, layouts, operational procedures, and activation placement due to venue requirements, weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances.

All sponsors must follow instructions from Foodees Fest management and authorized event personnel.

12. Agreement

By submitting this application, the participating business acknowledges the sponsorship investment, deliverables, payment policies, and event requirements outlined above, together with the general Foodees Fest event terms and conditions incorporated into the application.

Approval and successful payment constitute acceptance of the agreed sponsorship arrangement.
