Jim Lawson’s career in comics began in 1986, when he joined Mirage Studios (owner and publisher of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). Jim’s first job was inking which then grew into penciling and then later writing for the main title, from 1993-95 (TMNT Volume 2). He pencilled TMNT Volume 4 (2001-2014). Jim also wrote and illustrated many sub-titles (including Tales of the TMNT) and various mini-series and one-shots over his 28 year run with the Turtles.
