Parade Applications will close on May 24th, 2027.
You can update your application even after it is approved to add a vehicle or make changes up until June 1, 2027.
The San Francisco Pride Parade is one of the largest and most legendary LGBTQ+ celebrations in the world, bringing together hundreds of thousands of marchers, advocates, and spectators. Hundreds of unique contingents — representing community groups, non-profits, local businesses, and performance groups — march down Market Street to advocate for equality, celebrate our culture, and assert our collective liberation.
Our parade takes place on June 27, 2027. Step-off time for the first contigent (Parade start) is at 10:30 AM.

Parade Applications will close on May 24th, 2027.
All contingents are given their Parade Placement no later than June 14, 2027.
The parade pricing structure is primarily based on the applicant's category and the types of vehicles they intend to use.
Upon approval of your application, you will be immediately charged the fees associated with the application and including any add ons.
If you would like to pay your fees by check, please indicate this on your application before submitting it.
If paying by Check- you will still need to enter credit card information to submit the application. If your application is accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list and provided with instructions for submitting your check. Once your check is received, we will process your application (removing you from the wait-list) without charging the credit card on file.
Please be sure to follow directions to sign the agreement- signing the agreement is mandatory, and you will not be able to submit your application without signing the agreement.

✅ The fee for a vehicle is added to the base contingent fee. These fees are uniform across all categories:
Vehicle Class 1 (Car / Pick Up): $150.00
Vehicle Class 2 (Small Truck under 20'): $250.00
Vehicle Class 3 (Large Truck 20'-35'): $350.00
Cable Car / Bus / Float: $450.00
Tractor Trailer: $550.00
- ALL CONTINGENTS are required to have contingent monitors. The ratio of contingent monitors to # of participants in any given contingent is 2:25 (2 monitors for every 25 people) and are required to take a brief survey in order for the contingent to recieve their placement.
- ALL VEHICLES are required to show proof of insurance upon entering the assembly area.
- ALL VEHICLES are required to have a wheel monitor (this is a person marching in your contingent) at each axle of your vehicle.
- ALL WHEEL MONITORS are required to take a brief survey in order for the contingent to be given placement in the parade.
✅ The link to the survey required for contingent and wheel monitors to take will be sent upon approval of your contingent and must be taken BEFORE May 24th, 2027.

Terms & Conditions
IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS YOU WILL FIND THE CONTRACT- You will have to sign the agreement in order to submit your application. Please follow the directions in the attached documents section of this application.
PLEASE READ ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO THIS APPLICATION.
If your application is approved, you will be charged the amount of for your contingent and and any add-ons.
You can also choose add-ons after your application is approved if you are not sure about your vehicles at the time of applying. You must have your add-ons in by June 1, 2027.
BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO BEING CHARGED UPON APPROVAL AND THE CONTINGENT AGREES THAT THEY CAN READ AND SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND HAVE READ AND COMPREHEND THIS AGREEMENT COMPLETELY. THE CONTINGENT ACCEPTS FULLY AND AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AS WELL AS TO COMPLY WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
