2026 Panel and Programming Application

Bring Your Fandom to the Stage!

Chattanooga Comic Con is looking for engaging, entertaining, and interactive programming to add to our 2026 event lineup!

We’re especially interested in panels and programs that get attendees involved, not just sitting and listening. Trivia, workshops, demonstrations, karaoke, audience games, Q&As, live discussions, cosplay activities, creative sessions, and other hands-on experiences are strongly encouraged.

We’re also interested in traditional panels and discussions covering comics, animation, gaming, movies, television, cosplay, pop culture, fandom, writing, art, crafting, collecting, and more.

Have a unique idea? We want to hear it! Panel and programming applications are reviewed by the Chattanooga Comic Con programming team. Submitting an application does not automatically approve your panel or guarantee a spot on the schedule. Programs are selected based on available space, scheduling, content, audience interest, and overall event programming needs.

Final programming schedules will be provided to approved panelists no later than two weeks before Chattanooga Comic Con.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Application & Approval: Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to review and approval by Chattanooga Comic Con. Chattanooga Comic Con reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, combine, or cancel programming proposals based on event needs, available space, scheduling, safety, content, or other operational considerations.

Scheduling: Approved programs will be assigned a date, time, and location by Chattanooga Comic Con. Final programming schedules will be provided to approved panelists no later than two weeks prior to the event. Schedule requests are not guaranteed.

Panelist Admission: Each approved panelist will receive complimentary admission to Chattanooga Comic Con for the day of their scheduled program, subject to the event's check-in procedures. Complimentary admission does not include VIP benefits, merchandise, photo opportunities, or other separately ticketed experiences unless otherwise specified by Chattanooga Comic Con.

Content: All programming must be appropriate for the audience and comply with Chattanooga Comic Con policies, venue rules, and applicable laws. Chattanooga Comic Con reserves the right to request changes to program content or format when necessary.

Professional Conduct: Panelists and presenters are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, staff, volunteers, guests, vendors, and other panelists.

Changes & Cancellation: Chattanooga Comic Con reserves the right to modify or cancel programming when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, venue requirements, safety concerns, staffing, circumstances beyond our control, or other event-related considerations.

No Compensation: Unless separately agreed to in writing, panelists are not entitled to monetary compensation, travel reimbursement, lodging, meals, or other compensation for participating in programming.

Submission of Materials: By submitting this application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to submit the proposed program and represent all listed panelists.

Agreement: Submission of this application indicates that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
