Business License Application - Non Food Vendors

For the Foodees Fest event in Florence, South Carolina, individual vendors are not required to submit a separate business license application directly to the City. To simplify the process and reduce confusion, Foodees will submit the required event business license information, and participating vendors will operate under the Foodees event umbrella.

However, each vendor is still required to pay the applicable business license fee based on their vendor type. Foodees will collect these fees from participating vendors and submit the required payment as part of the licensing process.

Business License Fees:

• $50 – Food vendors cooking or preparing food onsite
• $20 – Prepackaged food vendors, craft vendors, artisans, and other non-food vendors

All required business license fees must be paid to Foodees by the stated deadline in order for the vendor to remain compliant and participate in the Florence event. Due date : October 21, 2026.

By submitting this payment, I acknowledge that the City of Florence business license fee is required for participation in the Foodees Fest event in Florence, South Carolina.

I understand that I am not required to submit an individual business license application directly to the City. Foodees will handle the applicable event licensing process, and participating vendors will fall under the Foodees event umbrella.

I understand that the applicable fee is determined by my vendor type:

• Food vendors cooking or preparing food onsite: $50
• Prepackaged food vendors, craft vendors, artisans, and other non-food vendors: $20

I understand that it is my responsibility to select and pay the correct fee for my business type. If my vendor classification changes or Foodees determines that an incorrect fee was paid, I may be required to pay the difference before being permitted to participate.

Payment of this fee does not replace any other permits, licenses, inspections, insurance requirements, health department requirements, fire requirements, or other documentation that may apply to my individual business or vendor operation.

By submitting payment, I confirm that I have read and understand these requirements and agree to comply with all applicable Foodees and City of Florence requirements for the event.
